Loved them for the first week that they worked. Very comfortable. Nice touch controls. After a week or so of use they stopped connecting to my devices and the touch controls were spotty at best.

Overall the device is fantastic. They fit well and are relatively comfortable over long periods of time. Love being able to control the use of noise canceling and transparency mode by touch. Touch controls can be a bit sensitive when running and wiping sweat off of your face but you can disable the touch controls for that situation. The only con would be the max volume could be a bit louder but the bass install sound quality sounds amazing.

Google Pixel Buds Pro: Great sound, but not perfect fit Overall, I'm giving the Google Pixel Buds Pro 4 stars. They have excellent sound quality and the noise cancellation is impressive. However, I found the fit to be a bit snug, and they caused some discomfort after wearing them for extended periods. Here's a breakdown of my experience: Pros: Superb sound quality: The custom 11mm speaker drivers deliver rich, clear audio with plenty of bass. I was very impressed with the overall sound experience. Effective noise cancellation: The Active Noise Cancellation with Silent Seal does a great job of blocking out external noise, creating a truly immersive listening experience. Transparency mode: This mode is a lifesaver when you need to be aware of your surroundings, like when crossing the street or having a conversation. Long battery life: I easily got the advertised 11 hours of listening time on a single charge, and the charging case provides additional charges. Seamless integration with Google Assistant: Accessing Google Assistant with your voice is convenient and hands-free. Cons: Snug fit: The earbuds felt a little tight in my ears, which caused some discomfort after wearing them for a couple of hours. I would recommend trying them out before purchasing to ensure a good fit. Touch controls can be finicky: The touch controls for volume and playback were a bit finicky at times, requiring multiple taps to register. Overall: The Google Pixel Buds Pro are a great option for those looking for high-quality wireless earbuds with excellent noise cancellation. However, the snug fit might not be ideal for everyone. If you're looking for comfortable earbuds for extended wear, you might want to consider other options.

Hey there, SadieW. Thanks for your feedback. It's great to hear that you enjoyed many of the features and capabilities of the earbuds, despite encountering a couple of drawbacks. It's great that you highlight the excellent sound quality and impressive noise cancellation. as well as the long battery life and seamless integration with Google Assistant are also helpful points, as they address concerns about convenience and functionality. The snug fit and the occasional finickiness of the touch controls are aspects that can indeed impact the overall comfort and usability of the earbuds, especially for those who wear them for extended periods or prefer more responsive controls. If you already tried improving the fit and comfort of your device, we recommend reaching out to our dedicated team of specialists on the Google Help Center here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

    Best earbuds I've owned

I've owned a number of wireless earbuds and even though these came bundled with my Pixel 8 phone I wasn't expecting to use them much. However, they turned out to be great and will replace at least one of my older pairs. Sound is great and noise cancelation is the best I've seen. I had some issues with getting them fitted right until I discovered that I need two different tip sizes; once I figured that out all was good. A feature that I really like is the wireless charging: I can just set them in the case on the Pixel stand that I use for my phone. One criticism I have is the sensitivity of the touch controls. After all, I can't see my ears when I'm reaching up to tap them and I often do things like pause the music when I'm trying to swipe to change the volume etc. Maybe with practice this will improve. Definitely worth purchasing, especially at the sale price.

Really nice especially since I got these for free with my pixel 8 The noise cancelling works really well and the sound quality is pretty nice considering the small size and Bluetooth connection. I do wish these had less sensitive controls as I found myself accidentally brushing against the buttons while working out, a problem I didn't have with my sony earbuds.

Hi Jacquelle, we're excited to hear that you're enjoying your Pixel Buds Pro. One of the great features of these earbuds is the ability to disable touch controls while still being able to control them with voice commands like 'Hey Google.' I've continued the Pixel Bud progress by getting the latest version of them. I've had all the Bud versions from the wired ones that plugged in, the wired bluetooth version, the first gen Pixel Buds and now the pro. My main pro for these is how they fit. The Pixel Buds didn't fit well in my ears, mainly because I have several ear piercings on each ear and with the original Buds they did not sit well in my ear along with piercings like my Anti-tragus and daiths. The Pros on the other hand are differently shaped and fit much better with my piercings including the conch which got in the way of the originals all the time. My major con, besides the necessary feature of ANC, are the touch controls. Swipe back to lower the volume and swipe forward to raise the volume doesn't feel natural. I do like being able to change the double tap gestures to be different from each other (left and right buds), but just would like to see more options to set them to. As I stated, I think the active noise canceling feature to be unnecessary and without it at a lower cost would be awesome. I mainly use these at work where I only use one ear bud at a time, I don't need ANC. And when I'm at home and using ear buds, these aren't what I choose. I use my sony over the ear noise cancelling mainly because over the ears are much more comfortable for the circumstance.

Hi Anth, thanks for being an avid user of Pixel Buds, and for sharing your feedback on Pixel Buds Pro. We’re glad to hear this new version fits well in your ears, and we hear your concerns about the volume control gesture, and the ANC. We understand that you have to use your other pair of earbuds for the noise cancellation, and having more options for the touch gesture could be a great addition to its features. We’ll pass this info along to the right team for future improvements. Meanwhile, we hope you’re making the most out of the new features. And if you come across any concerns about the performance and functionality of the Pixel Buds, simply let us know anytime here: https://support.google.com/googlepixelbuds/gethelp madebygoogle

The worst pair of ear buds I have ever bought.

By far the worst pair of ear buds I have ever purchased. I bought them 5 months ago and have done my best to get used to them, but they only contue to prove how awful they are. The sound quality and battery are great. My gripe is with it's design itself. It is almost impossible to keep them in my ears. Even with the different sized buds and the "fit check test" on the app, the second I talk, chew, run, or move my head in any position that isn't upright and still, they begin to slide out. Which leads me to the second huge problem. If you try to re-adjust the ear bud in any way, it's almost a guarantee that you are going to activate one of the many touch commands. I am unbelievably unimpressed with the design of this product. Each time I use them, I am reminded why I despise them. Unfortunately, they cost WAY more then they are worth, which is why they haven't been placed in the garbage can yet.

Not the most comfortable buds. I found myself adjusting their position in my ears more frequently than I'd like. The touch controls aren't as intuitive as they should be. Scrubbing up and down to lower volume isn't always going to be the same direction given how these buds are probably going to fit into people's differently. Sound is good though.

Tiss a good pair, i just wish they incorporated the wing tips on these somehow, I had to buy 3rd party ear tips to help. The touch controls also don't work well when your hand a bit wet witch gets annoying at times when I'm working. Other than that tho there wonderful

    Disappointing and possibly defective

I really wanted to like these. I traded in my competitor-branded earbuds because they had problems getting and staying connected to my Pixel phone. Unfortunately, the pair I received were a massive disappointment. The biggest dealbreaker for me is an incessant sound in the right earbud when ANC or Transparency mode are in use. It sounds like static or like someone constantly blowing on a microphone. The noise is noticeable at all times whether content is playing or not. The only escape is to turn off one of the major features of the Pixel Buds, and even then, the right earbud doesn't sound quite right. The most charitable explanation is that I have a defective product, but there are reviews dating back years in this product line detailing similar issues. I followed the factory reset instructions on Google's support page to see if perhaps that would help but to no avail. The sound persists. I had my husband try them on as well to see if it was a 'me' issue and he noticed the same issue immediately without my prompting. It is ridiculously easy to misclick the earbud. Keeping in mind I only used the product about an hour due to the aforementioned static, I found it all too easy to accidentally trigger commands on the earbuds such as tapping the bud vs holding, or accidentally messing with the volume control. I am returning my product tomorrow, and I haven't decided if I'll give the Pixel Buds Pro another shot. The only reason this is a two star review and not a one star is because the setup process with my Pixel phone was seamless and the earbuds are comfortable.
