No complaints works great. The retract the cord works fine. Love red color.

The toaster looks like its been used, has dust on it and rust on some of the chrome part. Will change my review if I decide to give them another try after returning.

Got this because of the brand and the retractable cord. It is a good looking toaster and is a good size. Be careful, I keep it on low to toast my bread just right. If you have it a bit too high it will your toast.

Nice product for the price. It toast the bread evenly and I like the fact I control how much of the cord is needed to plug it in and retractable when not in use.

I had this one before but it broke after several years. I feel I got my monies worth. It’s very substantial whereas some others seemed so cheap. Sometimes it gets caught ( the push down button) but pull out the grey portion on that button and it pops up. I liked it enough to buy another one!

Works well, easy to figure out different settings/functions, stays cool to touch on sides, and looks good on counter. Replaced a higher end 20 yr old toaster and don’t miss it. This is a great choice; glad I did my research.

I love the features this toaster has. It keeps the toast warm so the first piece can be buttered while the second piece is still in the toaster being kept warm until you can get to it (no more trying to melt butter on a cold piece of toast).

Excellent quality for the price. I like the retractable cord because I no longer have cords laying around on the counter. The defrost is a plus. Overall a great product as any other Hamilton Beach products.

Love this toaster! It toasts perfectly every time. The slots are large enough for a bagel, no problem. And the keep warm setting...wonderful. No more cold toast that you can't spread butter on.

Had this toaster about a month and so far so good. Nice wide slots. Toasts both sides of the bread. Good basic toaster that does what it's supposed to do. Good value for the money.

All around easy to use and total surface is evenly toasted. Keep warm is excellent

We needed a new toaster and we chose this one because it was from a reputable company, it was black (to match the other appliances) and it had a retractable cord. So far, we have no complaints. It toasts bread, English muffins and frozen waffles evenly without burning. It has a crumb tray that is easily emptied. The only problem is that the button used to retract the cord doesn't always work until you either pull the cord out further and try again, or start the cord in by pushing. Other than that, we are very pleased with this new appliance.

So far, so good! Inexpensive toaster that seems to be an ok value.
