Great speaker for my laptop for while i am streaming videos . Has a great sound and i like telling google to turn it down for me . I am hoping they come on sale again so I can purchase another for the living room to listen to music on . Great Price and a Great speaker . I was questioning whether I could hook this up with my windows based laptop , but I used my fire tablet for google home app setup and it works great.

This speaker sounds GREAT! I’m amazed with the BASS and clarity of this speaker. I used it with pandora and Bluetooth use. There is no auxiliary inputs. This is a google home device as well as a boom box! It feels durable and weight is reasonable to avoid movement with bass. This ideal for any living room big or small.

Love , Love , Love this speaker ... i was hesitant to jump into the smart home arena ... but times are changing .... the sound quality is nice , much stronger than the google mini , but that’s to be expected for a HK unit . Set up was easy ( please note my last major technological conquest was setting the time on our home VCR .laugh out loud ) I’m a pole person so i was really questioning hey google , Siri didn’t get jealous or anything they work perfect together. We grabbed it on sale so the value was outstanding i know i wouldn’t have purchased it if i had to pay full price ... but since our original purchase we added 3 more for different rooms in the house . Google app let me group the speakers so i hear the same music in every room ..... thanks Best Buy and the deal of the day :)

    Great Sound - Poor Connectivity

I'll start off by saying: The speaker has EXCELLENT sound. Good bass -- Clean audio -- Overall a very pleasing speaker. The one issue is the connectivity. I understand this is not a top-of-the-line speaker, but the issues with connectivity are HORRENDOUS for any room speaker. It will cut sound sporadically. It will produce a static-like noise from time to time. I've tried to have this fixed, but I can't seem to find a permanent solution to the issues. I've also had to mute the speaker since the voice assist will randomly cue in the middle of the night. I think this is just an issue of 'growing pains' with the early model Google Assist products. 3/5 Stars

Love the sound quality. Has amazing lows for it's size. The only problem I've been encountering is for some reason google looses connection and says to reconnect account on google home. I have to unplug it and replug it and fixes the issue.

I bought two an they were easy to setup! The sound is beautiful as well as the bass, they are worth it. Lastly the size of them are definitely a little bit bigger than you might think but totally amazing.

Wow! This is an absolutely incredible sounding speaker. I bought a pair and had them set up, paired together and working as a team in about 15 minutes. I use them in our “Google” home setup and will likely be adding a sound bar at some point. The second speaker didn’t connect to Google at first but after simply backing out and starting over, it connected right away. The only way to improve these would have been to add an option for connectivity via HDMI or other audio cable, but I suspect that HK is looking ahead to a wireless world in the not too distant future, so I get it. These speakers fill the room with clear sound even at low volume and look great (I bought gray). I have been partial to Sonos as of late and was a loyal Denon customer for years until I met Sonos but now...these are just as good, if not better than, Sonos. I look forward to getting snowed in for a few days so I can kick back and listen to these speakers for several hours straight.

I will say that the size of the speaker was larger than expected but the sound quality was way larger than expected! The only regret I have it that I didn’t buy two when it was on sale.

This thing sounds great. Connects to my Google Home seamlessly and is now my main speaker for my living room. Much louder than expected and the bass on this thing thumps. Purchased when it was the Deal of the Day so if you can wait for that sale price its more than worth it.

So, bought this speaker when it was REALLY on sale. We have Bose and Sonos, but the volume and bass with this speaker really puts out the sound. This is our outdoor speaker and we enjoy it.

Very nice speaker with good quality of sound. It was easy for me to program it and the look matches my entertainment table nicely. The price was very reasonable and Best Buy processed the order efficiently. The package came on time and we have been enjoying it since then!

So when these dropped down to <$100 at Christmas, I purchased two. My daughter was wanting a Google enhanced smart speaker and I thought since this was a Harmon Kardon - the sound quality would be better than most, and the price was right for such a high priced unit. I have to say when the boxes came, I was shocked! This thing is huge. Think of the normal Google Home Speaker x10. It is definitely a conversation piece. When my daughter saw it, she laughed. It is simply massive for a smart speaker. It should fill out her dorm quite nicely, though. I wasn't disappointed on the sound quality. It is great. This was a bit more finicky setting up than the google branded speakers, which I have several. I truly think it is because of it's wifi being a bit weaker than the other speakers I have. Once connected, though and setup, I have never lost connection.

Chromecast audio has recently been discontinued and has become very expensive. This speaker has built-in Chromecast audio, so it's a good value for money. The weaker output compared to the upper line products is a disadvantage but also an advantage. The reason for the advantage is that it allows more precise volume control for people who use the speaker at low volume. So for room user I recommand this product

Really good sound from this speaker but sometime the responses from google are delayed or absent. Would not recommend buying unless it’s deeply discounted. Definitely not worth the full price tag.

For $100 this speaker is a steal. Good sound quality (lacking a bit in the highs department) but bass that you can hear and feel. The mics pick up sound even when listening on high volumes.

The aesthetic is wonderful and is sound rich has a good range. The only downfall to me is that is has to be plugged in all the time to work. That needs to be addressed.

This speaker has great bass and overall sound. I purchased Black Friday for a ridiculously low price of $99.00. I doubt very much that I would pay the normal price of $349.00.

Excellent speaker, great value especially when on sale. Regular volume starts around 65% which sounds high however you won't want it much lower than that. This speaker puts out volume standalone & is incredible paired.
