Beware the open box

It was delivered haphazardly with tape barely securing the TV, which had minimal packing to keep it secure inside. It was also missing pieces to safely & securely station the TV to actually use it. Customer service for fixing that issue was nil. I was actually told by one of their chatters that I would have to go into a nearby store and buy the missing pieces. Not worth the hassle for a deal I could find on Amazon for a brand new TV with all the right pieces.

Cheap

With the smallest amount of pressure it's just trashed. I think Id rather have a TV with a frame...

Damaged Piece

The packaging was damaged but we were assured that TV is safe, so we trusted them and got it home. After unboxing and setup when we removed the protective films. Thats when found a huge damage hidden behind one of the film. The screen was busted on the corner on the exact spot the packaging was damaged but was hidden behind the edge protection.

HDMI ports horrible placement

Plus one of the ports doesn’t work at all.

Good luck with it

I wish to God that I had gone with the Roku TV I originally went in there for. Actually looking at exchanging it. A lot of people have been happy with them. I've just had a bad experience.

Could have been good

Poor service by untrained employees

Clerk insisted on me inserting my credit card at time of pick up which created a duplicate charge. That duplicate charge is now in dispute through my credit card services.
