    For what it is, its not terrible. Picture quality is good. If using a sound bar setup with HDMI, beware it may not work well as it keeps disconnecting and their support at Hisense is not great at all. I wish i wouldve gotten a different TV at this point

    Good TV. Hisense support doesn't exist.

    The TV and picture are good for the price. Overall this isn't a bad TV however there are a few issues. 1) So far I'm not a fan of the Google TV experience. Sad to say but I think Amazon's Fire TV platform did this better. Responsiveness is sluggish at times and there's some weird behavior where it tries to open previous episodes instead of the current one on some apps (I suspect there's some weird caching with HULU). 2) Customer Support is non-existent. There is no one responding to this. - 2 stars for this. 3) Intermittent Wifi connection issues. It's currently not possible to watch an entire episode of anything on any app without it briefly disconnecting. No response from customer service on this. All other devices in the same room (including a Fire TV stick) work fine. Currently I have it connected via Ethernet via a powerline adapter but the wifi is defective. Attempted to reset and also attempted to update the firmware. My best guess at this point is it's not able to smoothly transition between 2.4 & 5.0 but it's just a theory at this point. I probably should have returned but not sure if it's worth the hassle or not. Was hoping customer service would respond and help resolve but nope.

    Second HISENSE Tv ... probably never again

    the screen seems to be in a constant state of blur and refocus. i've tried adjusting the settings - to no avail. also, the speaker at the bottom of the screen sounds raspy (or underwater). my previous Hisense was better, until the motherboard went out after a year and a half.

    Great for the 1st year!

    I only had the TV for a 1 year and 4 months. I had to purchase a new TV. This TV started shutting off by itself. The remote control would work when it wanted to.

    Finicky, stutters, has weird brightness flashing glitch which is very distracting. No storage and filled with junk apps, doesnt keep settings well.
