Used it around 10 times. Decent speed.Bluetooth speaker is not too bad. After about 6 month it would not charge or even turn on. I expected a longer life for $400

If you’re new to the e scooter and don’t want to pay close to $800 I would start with this to see if the e scooters are for you or you just want to jump on one from time to time. For me the range and speed is decent enough especially in sport mode. The ride is pretty smooth but I haven’t compared it to the more expensive scooters as of yet. So far I had it for two weeks now and haven’t had any issues with it but I did purchase the protection plan because of the previous reviews on this scooter.

I really thought I'd use it once in a while but I ended up using it almost every other day and I loved it. However.......... the only negative is air pressure gauage is horrible!!! It is very hard to keep the gauage in stay still and pump it. The air keeps leaking and it is ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to fill the air in the air. Plus the air pressure tool is very ppor quality and break very easy!!!! Another negative is that it is VERY VERY hard to find the right size gauage that would fits the hoover tire. You will have to keep try and find somewhere on-line until you find the right size gauage. It aint no easy but the sccooter is CHAMP!! FYI - it isn't 17.4 mph!! It is 22 MPH FASTER depend on surface and tbhde battery lasts about 1 hour.

FAST! Every member of our family took a spin and we loved how fast it can cruise. So much fun! BIG WHEELS & GREAT QUALITY! This scooter isn't cheaply made. The wheels are big and heavy duty. VERY POWERFUL! With every family member ranging from 80lb to 200lb+ there didn't seem to be any slowing down. LARGE! This scooter is larger than the others we have seen. The box was big, but we were able to put it in the back seat of a car to get it home. (Our twin boys age 9 years old couldn't wait for me to take a photo of them as soon as we got it out of the box. Great joint shared family holiday gift idea even in Minnesota where they ride it in the garage when it is too cold out!)

I really like this scooter it does job a lot of fun to ride. Not so good when it comes to small uphill riding. Keep in mind I am on the heavier side but still even someone who’s lighter than me had to kick push when going uphill. Other than that I like it so far I’ve only used it for about a week or so. Love how fast it goes and how easy it is to to handle.

I love it but after 3years in broke and I don’t know how to fix it

Very fun scooter. Gets me where I want to go. Top speed on high power depending on weight and elevation incline is 18 MPH. Battery life is ok, however don't plan to go more than 7-10 miles away with out your charger. Great for parks and paths. Fun for the kids and adults. Has a Bluetooth speaker built-in so you can listen to your favorite tunes as you ride. Always use a helmet and follow manual recommendations for safety.

I got this scooter on a flash sale it was 200$ dollars off. The deal was so good I bought 2 of them. I had been looking for an electric scooter that was fast rugid and wouldn’t break the bank, boy did I hit the mark!

Upgraded from a gambit and wow im so pleased its so fast I got up to 19 mph smooth ride due to it having air filled 10 inch tires highly recommend it the breaks are not the best and makes noise when using it also Bluetooth speaker is not so loud but cool feature to have that I probably never use

I have 2 of the journey 1 s and one lastEd about 2 weeks Before tire went flat I have no idea where to take it to get fixed so long story short the had the alpha 1 on sale so bought 2 of these and now wish wouldn’t have bought the others way better quality and also has Bluetooth and nice led lights bigger platform a little heavier but they also have too speed of 18 mph

I rode this Scooter a grand total of 16 miles before it failed. I charged it exactly 4 times. I rode it mostly on flat areas with a few hills (which required either me walking it up the hill or helping the motor by kicking with my foot to get to the top of the hill. Today the scooter failed on a 3/4 charge, the scooter would not ride faster than 2 MPH on a flat and level street. I tried both regular and sports mode. I am under the maximum weight for the scooter. I am thinking the motor may have failed. I have reached out to the manufacturer of the scooter to see what is their suggestion to resolve this issue. I also had a problem where the scooter shut itself off mid ride. I think Hover may have a problem with this scooter. I previously contacted them about spare parts (tires, tubes) etc as they do not even list this scooter on their website as a product that they manufacture. I am concerned that Best Buy did not investigate this product and potential issues prior to selling the product to the public. The scooter has a lot of potential, nice wide platform and solid feeling frame. I suspect that the scooter would be perfect if they replaced the 400 watt motor with a 750 watt motor and added a front brake.

I am a truck driver and I use this to get to stores which i cannot park at. First time using it today because it has been under 32 degrees. At first I was disappointed but then I found out it was on eco instead of sport. On sport mode i am 180 lbs and it boogies definitely feels like about 20 miles an hour. Headlight twilight brakes and bell perfect little scooter for any use.

Excellent ride and enjoyable! Only issue is the hinge on the shaft lock in place... had to take a few pins out and reposition to get the clip to make the “CLICK” sound described in the manual. Other than that sweet ride.

Really fun and fast. Looking for an upgrade soon !

It’s so bad bro I changed the tire Becuase it popped for no reason and it’s been a week a f week and it’s popped again I want a refund but I can’t I don’t have garrenty

Is been really good it saves you time and if you need to get in the train it will fit on the corner with no problems

I am 250lbs and this thing moves with me on it! Night rides are so awesome!
