    The bike is overall good. We've had a line disconnect already and Hover doesn't have very detailed instructions or user guide, but my son does love this bike. NOW...... Getting this bike from Best Buy was a nightmare! The delivery date came and went with no update on when delivery would take place. Was supposed to be here December 8th and was still on a shipping dock "waiting to be picked up". Customer service said they would immediately reissue the order because it appeared to have not been sent. The original was delivered December 15th. The package was in awful condition upon delivery, literally mangled, as shown in photos. All I kept thinking was that the hardware could have easily fallen out of the giant gaping holes in the box. I called customer service again and I was told the replacement would be supplied by December 22nd, and I could send back the damaged one with a postage paid return label they would send me. The very next day, someone at Best Buy canceled the replacement since the original was delivered. Apparently, nobody documents anything when they speak to you. Very dissatisfied as Best Buy customer service didn't help much.

    Ruined Birthday Present by BEST BUY and Maersk!

    I have shopped at Best Buy for years and finally did on 11/27/2023 when they had the best price for the E-Bike we were ordering for my son's birthday. We only ordered from BB since they stated on the website cart that it would arrive on the 8th of December which was 5 days before my son's birthday. So, we purchased it and received our BB order number and a Maersk Tracking number which was 17 digits long. The confirmation even stated in Green Font " Your order is being prepared. You'll be contacted soon to schedule a delivery, but you should get your order by December 8. So, on the 7th I tried tracking the package on BB website under my order and it directed me to the Maersk website. Once in there, I wasn't able to use the 17-digit tracking number as it was invalid. So, I called not once but 3 times and each time the call would hang up after being on hold for 22 minutes. Frustrated I gave up around 6:00 pm. The next morning on the 5th call I finally got through and was told to contact Pilot a subsidiary of Maersk as the pick was awaiting pick up. After several calls to them, I finally got through and was told that the pack was lost and another one was being scheduled to be shipped out and the same ineffective tracking number was given to me. I then went to the local BB on the 11th and tried talking to the store management, but they had no more information than I had already provided them, and they told me to contact the same BB # that wasn't able to assist me since it was in the hands of the shipping company. I told the Store Manager that this is the way Amazon is kicking their butts since you can instantly view your order status and see how many houses away the shipment actually is. So, all day on the 12th and 13th I spent the same 22 minutes per phone call trying to get an answer only to be hung up on. and my son's birthday comes and goes without his E-Bike we ordered on the 27th of November under the reassuring confirmation message on the order. More days and time and effort were wasted until last Friday when again I called BB Customer service and was once again faced with an inapt customer services experience of no one being able to assist and was placed on hold by Halima to get a supervisor only to have her come back and say the supervisor said they cannot help me and to contact Maersk. More phone calls and attempts to track the package online met with more wasted time and frustration as now Christmas is around the corner and there is no time to order a bike at this price even from Amazon nor would they be able to get it here In time. BB said they would escalate the concern today, but they still have no way to track this package, or do they seem to want to at this point.

    Absolutely no support from Best Buy or the original manufacturer. Out of Warranty after 3 months. No spare parts. My local bike shop won’t touch it Buyer Beware.

    Bike was awesome, looks good and performs great. Lots of power and I am about 200lbs. No issues for me here. Would recomend it if you are looking for a medium priced bike.

    Rhis ebike does more rhan whats in the description. Its a beautiful blue as rhe picrure shows and has rhe capability of going faster than it states

    Terrible bike. Within 5 months, the cord that powers the electric short circuited. Please, do not purchase this bike, because you’re putting your safety at risk.

    Haven’t got it to turn on or work since I received in Xmas. Kinda disappointed that someone brought this as a gift for me.
