I bought this scooter hoping that it will perform at list 30% of what it says on the box , ok first day i charged it and i took it of a spin and only made like 0.2 mile and it started to drop in power so hard that i had to kick it my self all the time just to make it move, a slightest incline like 1 degrees and it stops , i wrote to support they told me to discharge and charge battery again , i did it , same thing battery drops after like 20 sec and you have to push it , and i don't live in a rocky mountains im talking about Manhattan flat ground , long story short i returned it next day and got the swager , hope it will be a little bit better

This scooter is a blast. After taking it out of the box it is pretty much ready to use, and it is easy to pick up on the skills required for riding it. It has good speed (around 14 mph) and good battery life. However, the battery life depends on your size; the heavier you are the shorter it is going to last.

Does not run well up the slightest hill it only got up to 6 miles an hour on the indicator. I daughters Razor leaves me on an incline and I paid half the price for hers. But flat surface it gets up pretty well. The battery drains really bad up a hill also the indicator will lose bars real quick. I like the design but man the torque needs to be improved. Especially when a less expensive one is a lot stronger . I might return it after I take a longer trip to see if the battery will hold up to what it say. I only went a little over a quarter mile.

This scooters a little underpowered wish it was faster, does have some nice features to it love the headlight. I already burned up the motor going downhill hill using the regen feature. I ended up returning it after a month. Going to try the Segway scooter hopefully it's better.

It is a lot of fun for my son. It doesn’t hold the charge as long as described and go as far.

I picked up this scooter on a whim one day when I was wandering around the store. I took it home charged it up and everything ran great! I love how there is a display that tells speed, battery, distance, etc.. However I do wish it had a little more power, especially for the price. But, overall is does what it is designed to do and has a few bells and whistles to go along with it.

This scooter is the best thing ever, i dont know why people are having issues with their scooters, mine is working well and great. I use it every day from my apartment to the train station. No problem at all.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and only after a month of use the battery will not charge. I reached out Hover and they said too bad, no replacement parts are available and I was a few days past my warranty. We live in Ohio, flat ground, stored inside. Will never buy a Hover product again, waste of money and one upset daughter.

Pretty good gift for my 10-year-old, however the teenagers like it as well. It’s a pretty fast scooter on level III and the headlight on the front is very bright. This was a great purchase!

Kids love this scooter. Good milage and speed with kids Not the best with grown adults.

Good quality for this price like to ride with friends and get fast to work

Purchased for a Christmas gift. Kid started riding it when the weather broke in Ohio (around April). As of today, the gears in the drive wheel are slipping and it no longer functions. Should have known better to buy something that only had a 90-day warranty out of the box. Find something else... this thing is junk.

Overall a great buy.light and easy foldable like a non electric kick scooter.good for indoor and outdoor use on flat surface. Battery will not last that long as described. Fast charging in less than 3 hours

Its a nice scooter, sleek design but very sensitive. Any little bump you go over you risk damage. I like the fast charge.

I bought two of them for my kids both batteries died within days. I returned one of them. And then the other one died a week later. Was too busy to return it so I ended up having a dead scooter in my garage. Purchased in Dec dead in January

Once you use it a few times all the nuts and bolts started to fall apart The charger damage the battery by charging it as it suppose too The charged once you start using it it drops down to nothing and it looses power.

I purchased this item for myself, used it for 2 days roughly a 4 block radius each time and could not return home because it died. I exchanged the product and had the same issue, eneded up getting a refund.

Waste of money! Do not purchase. Junky, lost power quick and died within 1 year, plus you cannot replace the battery. Save your money and don't ever buy this piece of crap.

Fun scooter. Works best on flat surfaces with not much incline.

We bought this as a gift for a 6 year old and he loves it! All we had to was charge it and then he hopped right on and was cruising around the neighborhood. After seeing him on it, all the neighborhood kids (and adults) wanted to try it and they loved it too. So fun!
