I purchased this for a multitude of reasons, chiefly for its versatility of interaction. This is my daughter's first 'official' computer so, I thought it best to give her a wide variety of ways with which to engage the device. She is well acquainted with the touchscreen, trackpad use, and voice assistant but, the same was not true for the keyboard and mouse. I felt, at the time, this computer would give her a great crash course and I was right. The machine is quick and lively in its operations, it has ample storage space especially with the 100GB for a year free add-on, it's secure from invasive malcontents, and it's lightweight. To top off everything, it has been an excellent at-home compliment for her schoolwork; Her teacher and classmates use Chromebooks and Google Classroom for the vast majority of their lessons. Now if I could only get her to listen when I say to turn the volume down.

I've had this for less than a week and love it. The touchscreen is awesome, the sound and picture are great. I can use voice remote to google things. It's really fast, easy to use, the keys are easy to type on and it has plenty of space for everything I need. It was on sale for $219, with a Best Buy $5 certificate and a $100 gift card, I was so happy to purchase this for $114!!!

I absolutely love this chromebook. The easy on makes this a real wow factor. No bugging me with constant updates. The battery is the best ever. If you're looking for a PC to just be on the internet and do simple task, this is the one. It being a touch screen is also a plus.

This is a great chromebook with a touch screen. I brought this online with the best price. It also has battery life that can last up to a week. Depending on how long I use it. When charging the battery, it doesn't take long to finish. With this you can download apps.

It's Awesome!! It's super fast charging, love the weight of it, the size of 14 inch touchscreen is definately a positive upgrade. Very smooth aerodynamic keyboard. Bought a nice EcoSmart Targus case for it to store nice and snuggly. Very satisfied with this purchase as a gift. Will defiantely recommend.

I fell in love with this laptop instantly! It’s my first laptop so my next one will really have to be an upgrade, lol. But you can’t beat this opportunity. It’s a good size, touchscreen, cheap, and durable.

Laptop has been the last one I bought it is one of the best one yet add more memory and u good to go the touch screen is wat I like the most honestly I wanna get and 2nd one for the kids I would recommend this to friends and family

This turned out to be a premier buy. my mother wanted a laptop so she could write again and I wanted her to have a device that would work very similar telephone and tablets. In this case the Chromebook turned out to be a perfect choice. This particular model was one of the least expensive ones that had a touch screen. As usual, the employees at Best buy were more than helpful obtaining this product. I highly recommend this particular model.

Solid device and gets the job done for my son’s remote learning apps and streaming, but it can’t handle video conferencing on Zoom. Touch screen is great.

I replaced and old pc and a slow laptop, I’m amazed how fast this new chromebook is, great buy for the price, go ahead and get one.

This is a good little Chromebook for a high school student. Easy to use, simple with good graphics, adequate speed and responsive touch screen.

I bought this computer for online college and it works perfectly and I have no problems with it.

We are deploying these devices into our medical practices to allow online ordering of supplements / nutraceuticals. For internet-only activity it is perfect. Love the touch screen -- a nice add for e-commerce activity.

Nice computer, the only thing I don’t like is i can’t download Microsoft. When i bought it the worker in best buy who was helping me didn’t inform me of that. I bought it for college and it is required that I use Microsoft in one of my classes. Other than that it’s a nice computer.

I picked up my product at the South Loop, Chicago,Illinois location today. I just opened the box with HP Chromebook Touchscreen Laptop. I like it the size and just looking at Setup Instructions Guide. I'm excited about my first laptop purchase.

The HP Chromebook is a really good laptop for the price my only problem is not being able to download my office personal that I bought on to it which is the whole reason I needed it so once I figure that out it will be grand.
