Pretty good computer for the price. It does have a bit of lagging which is unfortunate, but other than that it's not bad. I also like that it doesn't take up too much space, it is nice and compact it fits perfectly on my desk. I recommend this computer for everyday use for basic work or homework but definitely not for any type of gaming it does lag quite a bit even for simple games.

This was my first purchase online (with a new account) after a long, long time of buying from Best Buy. I love this computer and I love all HP products in general. The best thing about this computer is how it takes no effort at all to install. From the moment you unbox it, to when you set it up. This computer is excellent for work, especially when you work from home. From the printer, to this desktop computer, to the laptop, everything is HP. Aside from the product itself, Best Buy is my #1 go to for anything tech related. If not at the store, rest assured they have it always online, always available for pick up, which is what I did and it was super easy to do. Please check out also the trade in service!! With initial settings (using Microsoft programs only like Bing and the web browser) it was trash, I almost got worried the computer was going to never load anything and need to be replaced. After switching to chrome, it's awesome. It functions great for k12 classes and online lessons! Exactly what you'd expect for the price.

pretty slow but its great for what you pay for, not the best for running games but great for sending emails and basic web browsing

I would say this is the best computer ever made and if I won a $400 gift card I would buy another one. Attached below I have photos of the moon and sun that was taken with the camera on my HP computer. Setting her up was easily done, I own a business and this computer with power point and excel benefits my daily lifestyle. For anyone in my postion or greater this is a no brainer.

WORST COMPUTER! SO SLOW! It takes several minutes to load when doing basic things like opening the “settings” menu. I wish I would’ve done my research a little better and gotten something with more RAM and a better processor because this thing is garbage. I’m still under warranty and I even bought the “extended” coverage (like an idiot) when I purchased it from Best Buy in March 2024. When I contacted HP support directly about the poor quality of this computer, I was basically told “I’m sorry. That must be frustrating.” Then the rep wanted to do the exact same thing that I already did using the support assist recommendations, like disk cleanup, diagnostics, etc. He still kept suggesting it even after I told him upfront that I had done them and everything passed and the speed didn’t improve any. My grandmother recently got a refurbished Dell and HP combination desktop that’s probably at least 8 years older and it works so much better.

I really ejoy this computer. It is perfect for my schooling and web browsing.. I will be looking to get a bigger screen when it is plausable for me to do so..great product

DO NOT BUY THIS NEW OR USED!! I struggle with speed every time I try to use this piece of junk.This computer runs horribly, I’m making this review after owning it for 7 months and I am deciding to sell it. How slow this computer runs is unbelievable. I bought this computer solely to play ONE game on it and it’s not strong enough. Even after purchasing and installing a new ram card. I can barely use the computer. I have to wait 5 minutes+ waiting for google to load. Turning the computer on seems to be a hassle in itself. I cannot change my own background because the computer claims that the owner of the device will not allow it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! You cannot cut corners when it comes to tech!!

I bought this for my grandson for school. He seems to like it so far. It's compact for a desktop and has a touch screen, which is a nice feature. I like that there's no tower to find room for and it fits in a small area.

You can play games smoothly on it, you just need to lower the graphics to make it less laggy and not leave a lot of tabs or apps open. I play siege, valorant, fortnite, etc on it. You just need to use certain settings for the things to make it work smoothly.

Love thats its all in one...perfect for work from home. Can easily hook up a second monitor. Only used it a couple times but no complaints.

I purchased this computer for work and school and it has been a great investment since I've gotten it. I love the fact that it has a hidden webcam attached to the monitor for ease of mind and safety. Although it doesn't have a CD drive the keyboard and mouse are wired, it is not hard at all to find accessories that are Wireless. The setup was very easy and quick. And it has Bluetooth. I would definitely recommend this desktop.

Computer is compact and user friendly. Set up was effortless and fits perfectly for my small desk. The pop-up webcam adds efficient and sleek modern look. I utilize for working and school with all apps for easy access.

Pretty good would but for doing homework, watching shows/movies doing office work but wouldn’t recommend if you’re a content creator. Quality A+ The only problem was it didn’t have enough power for what I wanted to accomplish.

Nice desktop computer, easy to use . Good visual quality and pretty fast. Doesn't take up much space on my desk.

This was a great deal. No issues at all. Everuthing looked brand new. Enough power to run some graphic design without lag. Definitely recommend for a small business.
