Ink not for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After 20 sheets of color photos the ink was gone. Not very good for my needs. The photos look badly faded.

Posted .Hi,
I see you are struggling with both page yields and ink quality. Those two factors make a significant impact on the printing experience. I'm sorry for your situation.
If you want more pages, use black ink. Employ draft mode to check each page. Limit text if it can be eliminated from the page. There is a lot that can be accomplished by manually wiping the printhead with a damp cloth.
Thank you for shopping HP!

Color ink cartridge
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Necessary, but not long lasting. Works well, but runs out too quickly. Disappointed in quality for my money.

Quality printing, but short-lived
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The print quality on the HP 67 standard capacity cartridge was good... while it lasted. Even without printing photos or color-dense documents, the cartridge only lasted about a month of normal printing levels before I had to replace it. Skip the standard capacity and go for the XL.

Posted .Hi there Regina,
Four cartridges in a row is a lot to have the same outcome. Let's figure out this situation! Do check inside the printer. Are there any leaks? When you are printing, do you check the ink level between prints? Checking the levels shows you the items using the most ink. It is cold this time of the year. Are you running the heat a lot? Running the heat dries out the cartridge.

Dissatisfied

Posted .Hi,
I see you are unsatisfied with the results. It appears your use of the printer is limited.
Did you check the ink levels in the printer?
Did any type of error message pop up?
I think it's plausible you received a defective cartridge. The other possibility is that the cartridge is dried or has a clog. To chat with HP support, navigate to www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/.

Posted .Hello Ray,
I understand you were expecting more pages as a result. I'm sorry we didn’t match your expectations. Here are some solutions:
- Select the black ink only or grayscale option on your printer, unless color is necessary.
- Change your paper. Some are more wasteful than other types.
- Clean the printheads.
- Save printing for items that need to be physically handed out or read.

Posted .Hi there,
I am disappointed to read that you feel you are not getting full use of your ink cartridges. We want to ensure you are happy with the product. Here is some advice on getting the most out of this product.
• It is recommended that you strategize each print. This limits the possibility of reprinting the same documents.
• Some materials use more ink, like specialty paper. The type of print matters, as images use more ink than regular text.
• Sometimes, turning your printer off helps save ink from exposure to the outside air.

Toner doesn't last long.

Posted .Hi,
I regret that you have had this experience. I can understand if you were disappointed when the cartridges seem to run out too quickly.
Your usage usually determines how long each individual cartridge lasts. High-density prints (like images and graphs) will use up the ink more quickly.
If the poor performance appears to be due to the individual cartridge itself, consider returning it to the seller. Instructions for completing the return and exchange process are at: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/returnsandexchanges

Posted .Hi Lola,
I regret that the cartridge seemed to run out too quickly. That had to be disappointing.
You might have better luck getting an XL cartridge. Most people consider it a better value.
If the poor performance appears to be due to a defective cartridge, please consider returning it to the seller.
