Laptop functioned just fine when it arrived but then would not boot 2 weeks after having it. The refurbishers tech support and customer service is a joke. I waited on hild for 90 minutes and they never picked up. Best buy support was garbage too as tbey wouldn't deal with it and kept redirecting me to refurbishment vendor. Finally got ahold of them, they are swapping out for a different laptop of the same model, will see how long that one lasts.
