Loaded Microsoft as it should for my outlook cloud. Only thing I have noticed that is slower (than my double the cost higher spec computer) is file transfers, but that could be the fact I currently have the preloaded security software and my purchased both running. Battery life is good. Could be lighter or thinner, but feels sturdy. Easy to fold and use pen on it.

He did all the research and he's pretty tech savvy. I love the speed, and that it's lightweight. Setup was easy, and I could begin using it immediately.Battery life is excellent!

She's very happy with the upgraded speed and responsiveness, as well as storage, touchpad, and keyboard. It is a bit heavier than expected, but overall very happy.

The processor is working well though I haven't had to do a lot of multitasking, I do hope the speed will be great. The cameras on zoom and Google meet looks pretty clear. I am enjoying using it so far, I hope it continue working great for me.

Really fast, good look(s), etc. I'm having a little trouble with the keyboard, the keys being much larger than my previous lap-top. (Not a problem - except for that my fingers are not accustomed to the size/shape.) Should last for many years =- maybe more than I have left..... !
