Customers are impressed with the Envy 2-in-1 16" 2K Touch-Screen Laptop's touch screen, 1TB SSD, Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, and price. They appreciate its performance, ease of use, battery life, and storage space. Some customers would have preferred a number pad and found the laptop to be a bit heavy.

This model suits my purposes just fine. I bought this one because my old ENVY was too old for Windows 11. I only wish it had a number pad.

I got this laptop in a panic when my Lenovo Yoga gave out and I had midterms due in a few days. They saleswoman sold me hard on it, all but disparaging the other laptops I was considering in its place. I'm not a fan. It couldn't even open a 20 page PDF my first day using it. It kept telling me the Adobe app was not responding, then closing out of all of my open apps. For a 16", I would have appreciated a number pad, but she told me it was to make room for the speakers on top. Those aren't speakers, that's a useless fan. The speakers are on the bottom and sound horrendous, even when I hold it up in the air. Also, the facial recognition is all but useless. I miss the fingerprint pad on my Lenovo... It was on sale, so I guess they are trying to offload the model and why she was pushing so hard for me to buy it. I'm going to return this before the 60 day window closes and get another Lenovo.

I love everything about my hp, The only thing it is missing for me is a number pad. I can type so much faster with it. other than that, it's amazing.

My trusted laptop crashed, wouldn't power up and I needed to replace it. I couldn't shop online in advance, I was looking for a Laptop with specific features, storage, memory, ports. I told the salesperson the exact model I was interested in & he looked it up and & said they didn't have it & sold me something else, which lacked the features I needed & others I didn't need, required extra add ons to make up for the missing ports & such. It turns out Best Buy did have that exact laptop available from 2 makers HP & Dell. The laptop didn't have a number pad or ssd slot, ran hot, the headphone jack didn't work, the keyboard layout was horrible making typing impossible due to the overly large touch pad & lack of a number pad which I wanted. I reset the computer before I returned it but it didn't actually clear the device. Please don't try to sell the customer something they don't want and listen to them when they tell you what they want, especially when you carry the exact same product.
