Sad Face
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very happy because after using an 8th of the ink to try to get everything printing straight, it still doesn't print clear. I definitely will not be printing any photographs. I want to print pictures. Thats half reason I bought this darn thing. Very disappointed.

Nice little printer.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm overall happy with this printer, I liked the price, color and the size; just needed something to use at home for low volume printing and scanning. It was fairly easy to set up and works best with the app, using my iPhone to send print jobs and scanning from & to my google drive. I've had difficulty trying to print straight from my Chromebook.

Doesn't stay connected to WiFi
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great price, very compact size, however terrible experience in setting up the printer. The connection cable doesn't fit well and printer goes off line for no reason. I have printed 3 pages so far, I had the reset the printer all 3 times.

always has errors, hard to use tbh
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this printer, bought it for school and my small business. I had no issues at first, until I had to change the ink. I know the cartridges are small but boy they really do not last long at all, even though I don't use a lot of color. I have no issues with the ink though, the issues usually stem from connectivity and random "errors". My printer has a hard time consistently connecting with my laptop, which is the only device I've printed from. Sometimes it will not connect at all for no reason, the app doesn't really help either. There's a "wifi connection method" where you connect your laptop and printer to the same network to print, but it's faulty as well. The other main issue with it is that there are random E4 or E1 errors ALL THE TIME for no reason. These either indicate paper jam or something else which most of the time isn't the case. At the end of the day, it works but prepare to troubleshoot every time you want to print.

You get what you pay for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is okay. For the price, it does what you need it to do....prints. BUT for anything other than regular word documents (like a photo with colored ink) its extremely slow. You have to set it up online and I have issues with it disconnecting regularly.

Requires internet for a fast load and print
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good printer, difficult to use without internet. I don't have internet , so i use a Hotspot to connect to the printer. The printer takes many minutes to load a pdf to print. So long that you begin to think there is a problem.

Crappy manual and app
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s fine. My issue is that the alert lights are confusing. I need the manual each time to see what the blinking lights mean. It’s a real pain. I have the app, but that doesn’t help troubleshoot. It just pushes you to order ink. It won’t even tell you what ink you need or how to replace the ink!

A Bit of a Disappointment
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Some difficulty setting up the printer, requiring almost 1 hour chatting on line with a tech rep to get it right. There is now a constant squealing/chirping sound when the printer is in sleep mode, which is quite annoying. Online repair suggestions to do a "hard reset" of the printer have not resolved the issue, which others have indicated ultimately required replacement of the printer itself. This printer replaced an HP3520 which was at least 8 years old and had performed flawlessly. I'm quite surprised at this printer's supposed "ease of set up" and definitely not happy with the annoying noise when asleep. I see a warranty claim in the near future!

Finally Color
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made this purchase for school because we do not have easy access to color. I don't like not having a little screen to know what the buttons are for but it gets the job done.

Good printer for the price.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Handy lil printer. Needed this because I do some ebay and offer up selling on the side. The printer works great but the ink gets pretty wet on the sticker paper I use. Takes a few seconds to a minute for it to dry. Considering how cheap this printer is, it does its job. Its does cause a lot of unnecessary colorful light. When its on idle. I normally just turn it off when im not using it. The set up was a little awkward. You need wifi. A few minutes set up and your good to go.

jams up
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When it is working, it works well, but that isn't often. If more than few sheets of paper are in the paper tray, it jams. If you have to print more than 3 or 4 pages, it jams. It loses wifi connection often. Print quality is satisfactory when it prints like it is supposed to, but I spend more time taking it apart to retrieve jammed paper

HP 6065e not worth the $$
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am glad I did not pay much for this printer. It took forever to set it up. They want you to set it up without using a USB connector, but that was the only way the printer could find the computer. The manual does not tell you what the different symbols are on the printer. You have to figure those out yourself. The printer would not scan - turns out you have to download a program in order to scan, but of course HP never told me that. I signed up for the instant ink. Time will tell how well that works. Like I said. I am glad I got this on sale or I would call it a ripoff.

Meh, it's OK
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is an HP inkjet. It was inexpensive but difficult to set up based upon the instructions provided. I was not able to have some of the same functionality my old HP had and HP customer no service could not understand my questions or solve my issue because they failed to listen that I had already tried all of the fixes available on their web page that were outdated and did not apply to newer printers. It works good enough for the price. Will my next printer be an HP? Hard to say

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setting this little printer up was NOT easy. The graphics are few and a bit confusing. I would not purchase this again, but will use it til I upgrade

Something's missing
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In general, it works fine. 2 issues I had was that I had to place the printer in my bedroom near the modem/router instead of having it in my office. Also, I could only print when the printer was already turned on. As opposed to being able to send a print job from anywhere & it turning on automatically as advertised.
