Setup Paper Jams
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Noticed a few reviews about paper jam errors during setup, this happened to me too and was about to return product. I finally discovered that the black wheels inside arrived at an angle. It seemed correct since they were tight however after some persistence to fix this error, they tell you to pull up the blue piece to check wheels for paper, while that is open, I managed to press the whole wheel mechanism down more into place so that the black wheels were no longer at a slant (mostly the right side was up too high.) They should be level along with the blue handle, which also arrived at a slant. Hope this helps the next person who encounters this problem on a new, out of the box printer.

My 2nd HP printer but this 1 is the best.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the features, design model & that it's working perfect. I haven't had no paper jam. HP makes the best products. My 1st HP printer was the 1010 series. I've had it about 20 years. I recently had some issues with it. This was my reason to purchase the HP Office Jet Pro 8925 e. I recommend this product to any viewer.

A winner! Great printer!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent print quality, and I love the HP printer program. The only thing is the paper tray is a little flimsy compared to my old HP 8600. But this printer is quiet, takes up less space, and uses affordable ink. I teach at a local state university, and I will definitely recommend this printer to my students.

Recommended HP all-in-one printer scanner.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great printer at a very reasonable price. Easy set up, easy operation including multi-page scanning of documents. Good size for a home office. Paper tray a tad balky to open, fill and close, but certainly not a major issue.

HP 8025e is a great value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed an all-in-one to replace an old one that had stopped printing. This one was on sale at a very good price. Recycled an old one and they took the extra ink as well. The HP 8025 came out of the box easily and assembled easily. Direct wired it and started the driver install. No problems. It even sensed the local Wireless APs and asked me to connect. No issues connecting. It downloaded printer updates and the status screen said when it was ready. Test prints confirmed the cartridges were good and I was ready to go. Pros: Easy setup; physical and software Cons: Paper tray a bit loose and has no slot for photo paper like the old one did. Missed that. Overall a great value.

Great machine for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good machine for the price. Easy set up, very user friendly. Missed the cutoff for the 6months of ink offer which was unfortunate. Paper tray seems a bit flimsy which caused me to give 4 rather than 5 stars. But guessing this is typical for most printers at this price point. Overall a good machine so far!

Good product
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent home printer. I have been using it for 2 years without one problem, not even a paper jam. Instant Ink supplies have come as needed. Print quality is excellent for everything I wish to do at home, although I do not do photos at home, so I cannot attest to the printer's photo qaulity.

Average Printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my printer for about a month now. I have had constant misfeed and paper jams. The paper tray is difficult to open and is flimsy compared my older HP5500 printer. Pros: The actual print is good and it stays online. I purchased this printer for it back to back ability and would probably give up this feature for a higher quality printer, I would recommend spending more money and getting a higher quality printer if you’re using your printer for anything other than just straight printing. This isn’t a printer for printing graphics or photos.

Good for The Price
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very good compact printer if you need it for occasional printing but, if you print a lot, you're gonna find yourself changing ink more often. The quality of the print is pretty good but, I found the paper tray to be very cumbersome to handle, it is not easy to pull out or push in when you refill the paper.

50/50
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you can get it to work it's great. I had to use this printer for two different jobs and it's either always out of ink or getting a paper jam or just making some alignment noises. For me personally, I can usually live with minor annoyances but then the printer inkhead stopped working and there's no affordable replacement options. We ended up calling around and most people said it would just be easier/cheaper to get an entirely new printer. The 6 month ink service is cool and good to not have to think about but this printer is definitely not for those who have trouble with using technology.

A great copier!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only complain I have of this printer is not about the printing itself...it is excellent. The paper tray is not good. It does not slide easily. Needs a better part to make this happen.

Happy overall
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer was a replacement for a very old HP OfficeJet Pro. So far, it has done everything I wanted it to do (print in both color and black and white, copy in black and white, and do document scans). The install software for this printer hung up and I had to contact HP Technical Support to get it working. The support person fixed the setup and promptly tried to sell me on Instant Ink to the point I had to shut down his remote access session. I did not appreciate the mixing of technical support and sales. The paper tray is harder to load than my old printer. However, this printer is quite a bit more compact than my old HP, so that was a plus. Overall, I am happy with the new printer.

Good home use
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent printer for home use or light office use. The tray hardly holds any paper. I wish the tray pulled out farther. Printer stays online fine. Quality of paper printing and copying is fine. I have not tried to print pictures.

Very nice for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer replaced an HP 7600 series All-in-One printer. It has all the same general features, but has a smaller footprint, is faster, and so far seems to give more value for the price. My only concerns are: A) The front panel seems to open with very little contact, causing occasional disruption in printing. Maybe a little more sturdy closure mechanism is warranted for that feature. B) The paper tray is a bit difficult to fill due to the confusing lines for standard paper, and other sizes not aligning with the built-in physical "stops" of the tray. Otherwise this is a well made and performing printer.

Pros and cons - the HP Officejet 8020 series.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good inkjet printer. Typical hp clunkiness but dependable. Paper tray is a dismal attempt at saving money - paper addition or changing format of the paper requires an intuitive challenge to determine the tray functions and settings - no instructions! The internet is rife with complaints about the Pro 8020 series paper tray operation.

No Printer Cord
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printer cord NOT included. You'll need to buy one if you don't already have one. Installation was fairly simple. So far, so good. Prints well - colors are vivid. Love that it's eligible for HP instant ink program. Paper jams not as easy to clear as it appears on the video instructions that show on the screen. Purchased this model to replace a newly purchased Epson printer. It's much more user friendly.

Affordable and Wasy to Use
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer strikes a great cost-features balance. There is one hardware issue that stands out: the paper catch tray must be manually extended or thr paper falls on the floor. Software wise, HP continues to make setup frustrating and onerous.

decent printer
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the original unit was replaced for a bad paper jam. However since receiving the replacement the unit has functioned flawlessly. I also had to get someone who was tech savvy the reestablish the wireless connection.
