||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was recommended by 2 people I trust. Seems I should reconsider taking advices. Device will be returned after 3 days of use. I have no time to understand reasons for issues and will only give it second chance tomorrow 1. Printer is slow to load 2. Printer is slow to copy. My first two pages copy was done in 2 minutes! 3. Pre scan gives you blur images. I don't get it completely. Now scan itself can't complete for 4 minutes in a row. 1 scan! 4. While it states 20 ppm, device is much slower 5. Devise, while being new, came in damage package. Have a feeling it is a used device 6. On a second day printer is slow to be recognised by system, doesn't print from PC and doesn't create pre-images. Multi errors that hang the system. Frankly, I didn't expect such poor quality from HP. the only good thing about it - it is relatively small

Beware
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer only printed out 2 pages before the paper could not be rolled through the printer and out. The paper kept being folded like an accordian and then you would have to manually get it out. We took it back to Best Buy and the tech said that he couldn't fix it and it was definitely not working and he would send it back to factory.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The worst. Doesn’t work and then it does. Called Geek Squad about 10 times. Too late to return. I have to shut it down and reboot to hopefully connect with my multiple devices. Very disappointed. I had a HP printer before for years and never had an issue. It should not be this hard to print. Will never buy another HP again.

Don't buy
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer will print its own test pages, but I only got 2 pages of my own to print. After that, it started spitting out blank pages. Apparently, HP counts the number of pages that it spits out, whether there is ink on them or not for the Instant Ink plans. I did all of the troubleshooting, as well as restarting it. I am returning it.

Not easy to set up. . . .still not working
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Writing this review in frustration. . . .I have worked for two days now trying to get this set up to be able to print from my phone without luck and now it won't print from the computer either. I keep getting messages on phone saying printer blocked. I am at wit's end with this printer! It replaced an HP printer that was hooked up to phone and computer with no problems. . . .just wasn't printing well so decided it was time to get a new one. DO NOT recommend this one if you are looking for an easy plug and play.

DO NOT BUY!!!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Set this printer up with direct usb to computer hookup. Completed all setup steps & already had HP Smart software installed on PC. I tried to print a PFB file & then a basic TXT file. No success with either even with PC & HP software recognizing printer was on & connected. Not everyone wants to have a printer go through their Wifi modem or blue tooth. Total piece of garbage that will be re-boxed & returned to store for refund.

Not reliable
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unreliable. Had to contact hp six times in the two weeks we had printer to reset. Every time having to reset the router, cause that’s the problem when we have numerous other items connected. Finally decided to return it, but missed cutoff by a day. Wasted money and got another brand from another place

No As Advertised!! Will be returning.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a new HP Laptop that would connect to the Printer, but would not print. Tried all aspects - worked with HP and Microsoft Windows team and no resolution. Documents would go to Print queue and then would be deleted. Also did not have a power cord, so had to borrow from another Printer.
