This laptop has everything I was looking for. It is fast, has plenty of storage, sleek and lightweight. It’s the perfect laptop for my graphic design business. The price point was where I needed it to be for what I was looking for. I’m highly impressed!!

Out the box my computer was clean like new. The keys and mouse pad look like it hasnt been used i.e. no scratches or worn out areas. The screen has no scratches or dull areals. The computer itself turned on and updated with out any problems. So far i am happy woth my purchase. I like that joy systems refurbished computers have a 1 year warranty.

Great quality, great picture. If you're looking for an affordable laptop that has all the qualifying specs for most work from home positions, this is it! It checks all the boxes. I was able to add 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for only $139... Love knowing that even though this is a refurb, I'm covered under any circumstance :) Also has beautiful picture when streaming movies. Perfect for work and play!

This laptop is great! I will admit I was a bit hesitant to buy refurbished before, but I’m a student on a budget so I took the chance. This laptop came in looking like it was brand new. The packaging was great but more importantly it works perfect. Couldn’t recommend buying this enough!

It is a nice-looking laptop. However, the 14 " is a diagonal measure across the screen, and the keyboard is designed for women, children, or men with small hands. Then, you only get twenty days to test drive the laptop, which I have only used three times in the twenty days I have had it. But since, I cannot return it, though it has never been used, I will accept this as bought sense. Bought sense is usually a two-year stint before I spend another dime with the store. Thirty days should be the standard for all returns.

I love the fact that i could be able to have space on my computer 32gb of ram is enough. The screen is clear enough to at lease veiw my twitch until im able to get ane elgato to stream. I also love the fact that it has fingerprint approval to log in and a mouse thats small but it’s useable. Love it overall just wish battery life was more lasting.

I needed a new laptop for home use and doing taxes. This is a refurbished laptop and it works as good as new. I love the lighted keys and it is very fast and has plenty of storage. Joy Systems is the company that does the refurbishing , and if I didn't know it was refurbished I wouldn't be able to tell. It was well packaged and as clean as a whistle with no noticeable blemishes. It took a little time to set up and navigate (only because I'm not very computer savvy) and also our old lap tap was a touch screen from 2012. As noted in some other reviews the battery life isn't great , but more than sufficient for its usage. Priced less than half as much as a new one ..Its a win win in my opinion.

I hesitated on ordering the laptop, as it was refurbished. But then again, it was a good deal compared to other new laptops with less GB to work with. I needed good computer for my son and his school work, that will last him years and I was worried because I’ve had bad experience with HP years back. I took the risk and bought it and it did not disappoint, so far. I set it up a few days ago and it was very easy and it’s working great. Best purchase I’ve done when it came to a laptop. Definitely recommend it 10/10. Mins had a very small dent on the corner, but that was all. Not very noticeable when others look at the laptop and not know it’s refurbished. It’s worth buying!

i needed a laptop for my daugther with space so she can download anything she want . we love it. very quick when we need to look up for something in the browser.

Pros: It is a pretty new laptop, the outlook is better than my expectation. Good speed. Cons: A little clumsy, comparing with other popular styles. I have concerns about battery life. I tested my laptop battery life, it is about 50 mins(heavy use) ~ 3 hour (light use).

I needed a budget friendly laptop good for college and business and this seems to be a perfect fit so far! Looks brand new not one mark to make you think otherwise.

PC works excellently. I was skeptical at first since it's a refurbished product. But so far, I've been thoroughly impressed with its speed, graphic display, and memory capacity, and looks new too! Ran all updates and added my office apps without a problem. Great stuff.

All in all great computer. But because it is refurbished there was a problem with a non-working 'W' key. Contacted Customer support from the included envelope and was assisted immediately. They paid for return shipping and had a new laptop out to me the day after they received the damaged one. This replacement has worked great with no issues. yet if one comes up, I am happily confident in the customer service I will recieve

Computer works great, but the speakers crackle and if I do not have it plugged in, the battery dies with continuous use in about 4 hours.

Was good but the HDMI port fail, only for that I returned it

Great Computer. Very fast with excellent condition with 32GB Memory and looks brand new. The large 1TB is a steal with this price and memory. Similar PC with these specs will cost you over $1200. It exceeded my expectations and don't hesitate on this computer. Best purchase I made in long time. Awesome
