Very disappointed, I ordered this online as there is no store close by to me. Computer arrived with no packaging to protect it in the box and did not work at all, it would not even turn on. There was no receipt inside which made it difficult to exchange in store. In store they had nothing comparable and offered only an exchange and ordered online. I had to explain to them why I should Not have to pay for shipping. Overall I am very disappointed with my experience.

Product received just a few days late. Everything in the package looked in good condition. However, when all assembled, the unit would not power-on. System unit just kept beeping 4 times with the power button flashing orange. Called the support number included with the paperwork and described the issue and was immediately told it was a bad power brick and they would send out a new one. Two weeks later the replacement power brick arrived. Plugged it in and the same issue. Per the HP documentation, the power brick must include "Smart ID" or it will not work. Both the power bricks received were generic, not sure if that was the issue. Returned the unit to BestBuy. System would have been perfect for my needs had it worked.

Just received item. Was trying to set it up and I realized it doesn’t have WiFi. It seems pretty nice though wasn’t making noise as I anticipated. Will return for this reason.
