The best laptop with a logical price
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently bought the HP Spectre x360 from Best Buy, and it’s been fantastic. The sleek 2-in-1 design is both stylish and functional, and the performance is top-notch with [mention processor, e.g., an Intel Core i7] and [RAM amount, e.g., 16GB RAM]. The 4K OLED touchscreen is vibrant and perfect for work or streaming, and the battery lasts impressively long. Extras like the included stylus and excellent Bang & Olufsen speakers make it a great value for its price. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a powerful, versatile laptop!

Don't Buy with less than 32 GB RAM
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop has a beautiful touchscreen, a top-notch camera (even if it is oversaturated) and plentiful storage. I have 2 complaints which caused me to return the computer, though. It takes almost all 16 GB of RAM to run the Windows 11 operating system and it stumbles anytime you try to resize a window. I never dropped below 60% RAM usage even with no applications open. I suspect this laptop needs a discrete GPU or 32 GB of Ram to access its potential. As other reviewers have mentioned, the keyboard is a delight to type on and the touchpad is the best I've played on outside of the Macbook - I will be sad to say goodbye.

Best Laptop I've owned
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was such an excellent purchase that I don't regret one bit. The screen is bright, smooth and vivid. The keyboard is satisfying to type on and the haptic touchpad is amazing. I haven't used it too much in tablet mode but from what I've seen the time it takes to recognize that I flipped it is almost none!

Gorgeous 2-in-1 but not come with the Stylus pen
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Props: Beautifully designed 2-in-1. Gorgeous OLED touch 2.8K LCD screen, Core Ultra CPU and large storage. 9MP camera can record 4K video is a champ! This is rarely found in laptops. I bought the one with Core Ultra 7 155H CPU, 16GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. Runs very fast. It comes with 2 USB-C Thunderbolt ports, 1 USB Type A dropjaw port, Wifi and Bluetooth. Backlid keyboard typing experience is good. Battery life is excellent. I have no problem in using it for at least 10 hours w/o power connected. Cons: However, the BestBuy sold package does not come with the Stylus pen and the USB-C dongle that some YouTube reviewers had. Check with HP, it is not included in those models sold in BestBuy. If you need the stylus either check out the 13" one or buy spare from HP. I bought one for $45. For such a premium laptop, the Windows 11 is Home edition. I expect it should be a Pro edition. Issue: I have only one issue after 2 months use: the touchpad sometime become irresponsive for a few minutes. I think it may be driver issue. Hope HP will fix in updates.

Best2-in-1 Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best 2-in-1 lightweight travel laptop on the market just got better. A steal if on sale for $999 (my open-box purchase cost under $800). 1. OLED screen is brightness at 500 nits (last year - 400 nits)2. Laptop still bright enough for work when level set to zero 3. Screen aspect ratio is 16:10, not 16:9 (last year - 3:2 aspect ratio) 4. Thin bezels make the screen size seem bigger than a 14 inch laptop 5. Refresh rate is 120 hz (last year - only 60 hz) 6. Laptop supports Windows Ink 7. Keyboard keys are big with great travel (my favorite laptop to type on) 8. Performance - Geekbench 6 scores are 2300 for single core and 12300 for multicore (last year - 2400/8800); PC Mark 10 Office Productivity test: 6,700 9. Excellent build quality, laptop solidly built, no keyboard flex 10. Lightweight - laptop is only 3.19 lbs. (last year under 3 lbs) 11. Battery life is amazing - Watching YouTube continuously (wifi, battery save, & Bluetooth on, 60hz, and all background apps off) the battery lasted 19.5 (screen brightness 0%), 18.5 hour (30%), 16.5 hours (40%), 14.5 hours (50%), and 13.5 hours (75%, 100%).12. Has fast charging 12. Battery drain - turned off laptop with battery at 59%, turned on laptop next morning and battery was still at 59% 13. Has instant on/face recognition and fingerprint sensor 14. Has a headphone jack and USB-A port 15. Trackpad - who cares? using the touchscreen, pen, or mouse is a million times faster. 16. HDMI port - who cares? just buy an USC-B to HDMI cord instead of a HDMI to HDMI cord 17. Speakers no longer on the bottom of laptop 18. Fans are quiet and do not come on when doing basic school/office work (45db when set to high performance mode and running heavy load) Cons: no pen, no laptop sleeve, no microSD slot, and both Thunderbolt 4 ports are on the right side of the laptop.

Mac for Windows
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's great, powerful, long battery life. Everything you need as a replacement for Mac. Better OS, Table Mode, Loud & Clear Speakers. You can upgrade the RAM and Storage. Clear OLED screen and actually decently bright as well. No complains, made of metal all around. Slick and simple, light and portable. HP really outdone themselves on this one. Also for those with OCD this does have a 16:10 ratio screen. You'll see black bars on both top and bottom while watching videos. (Not that bad though) However it works really well with productivity work.

Great MacBook substitute A+
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall a great MacBook substitute A+ for someone who needs a good Windows laptop. Processor: The new Intel Core Ultra 7 (155H) chips are very powerful and matches well with the updates Intel Arc graphics. Performance is not Apple M3 but it is very close in closing the intel/apple gap. You can’t go wrong with it if you need the balanced of power and battery life. Battery: I got about 10-12 hours on normal use (school work) and like YouTube videos here and there. When on sleep mode battery doesn’t drain that fast as other Windows laptops. I’ll say it’s due to the optimization of the new processor. Screen: By far one of the best screens you can get in a laptop at the moment. Super blacks and the colors pop off the display. My only knock is that HP never gives us more than enough brightness and just enough to keep the complaints to a minimum. Recommendations: I would purchase again and recommend to a friend if I was asked. I got mine on sale $999.99 but I could see myself paying the retain $1629.99. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars, a little more brightness HP and this would have been 5 stars.

Fantastic laptop for the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a really nice computer and is a pretty good value. The OLED screen is very nice to look at and is pretty bright, the only thing is the viewing angles are not too great, but for the price it is a good screen. The build of the laptop also feels very nice and the keyboard is nice to type on. The only thing I don’t like about the build is how the groove to open the lid of the laptop is very thin compared to a MacBook, where the MacBook lid can be opened with one finger. The computer is pretty quick and the fans are not too loud; it isn’t as silent as my MacBook Pro, but it is pretty silent, and is a really good value for the price.

Excellent laptop but comes with a huge caveat
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this laptop from bestbuy. I wanted something reliable that had a comfortable and pleasant typing experience, decent battery life, and could function as both a laptop and tablet. I read several reviews and narrowed down my choices to the spectre and the new Lenovo 2 in 1. The oled battery life wasn't a necessity but it didn't hurt that both laptops had a beautiful oled screen with minimal glare and a 120 hz touchscreen display. I didn't like the fact that bestbuy sold the version of the spectre that came without the pen. The Lenovo 9i came with both the pen and a sleeve. And pretty much had similar specs. I eventually purchased the spectre mainly because bestbuy had an awesome deal discounting the price for the 14 inch 16 gb version to $999. However, I returned it a week later. Why? Well here is the caveat with this laptop actually the same caveat could apply to any Intel based laptop right now. I found out that hp has ended the spectre line along with several other models and changed their naming conventions to elite books and omnibooks. This was probably done primarily to prepare for the release of the new snapdragon elite x cpu. And this is why I think it's a bad idea right now to purchase any Intel based laptop. Snapdragon elite laptops are about to be released in the next month or so and while there hasn't been any real world confirmation of their performance there are legitimate preliminary tests showing that these snapdragon laptops will have dramatic performance upgrades over their Intel counterparts in everyday usage, battery life, etc. An argument could legitimately be made that buying any intel based laptop right now is a very bad idea. I considered the real possibility that hp could release an omnibooks 2 in 1 by the end of the year with double or triple the performance and battery life of the Intel ultra spectre. Intel has also responded to the threat of the snapdragon cpu with the promise of a new cpu that will even outperform the snapdragon elite. So if that happens everyone who purchased an Intel ultra laptop will have a laptop that has become almost obsolete within less than a year. And for that reason I would tell anyone considering this laptop to wait before purchasing. If anything just wait a few months until the hype from the snapdragon chip blows over. If what Qualcomm is claiming turns out to be true every Intel ultra based laptop will go on sale with huge discounts later this year and you won't have wish you had waited a little longer to get the best laptop for your money.

Style and Performance
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Spectre x360 14" is a luxurious 2-in-1 laptop that delivers both style and substance. Its stunning 2.8K OLED touchscreen, powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 processor, and elegant nightfall black design make it a standout device. The performance is exceptional, handling demanding tasks with ease, and the battery life is impressive. While the port selection is limited and the price is high, the Spectre x360 is a worthwhile investment for those seeking a premium laptop that excels in every aspect.
