Graduate student doing my doctorate in Nursing. Works very well for me as a nurse practitioner. Would recommend this laptop ESP for school work... Why spend more!!!!!

I waited to review my August laptop purchase simply because I wanted to give this a thorough test. In my almost two months of owning I find this little blue gem awesome. The battery life is frequently in the 20 hour range when on airplane mode reading ebooks. Needless to say it makes studying a little easier. The only downside was the lack of harddrive but using an sd card has mostly solved that complaint.

I bought this laptop for my 10 year old daughter. It is very small and light. Easy for her to carry on the go. She seems to enjoy the features on it and uses it not only for fun but to complete class assignments.

It's not the fastest machine in the world, but it's been working great so far. I've been using it during meetings at work for taking notes and such. It's lightweight, and has good battery life.

I purchase this for my son. He loves it. The size is perfect for him take to school an the battery life is excellent. Great lap top for the cost.

I like this pc. It does what I want it to do when I want it to. Great for the price. I'm not a fan of Windows 8. If the pc isnt a touch or doesnt have a mouse its more difficult to navigate.

This laptop is great if you want to just surf the internet. Not much space capacity and not very fast. Don't buy it if you are looking to do any work with it. Small, so very easy to take places . Good sound for it's size. Very cool looking laptop.

This is a great beginner laptop. It is ideal for surfing the web and blogging. This is not a gaming laptop, but it will run Minecraft just fine. If you want something with a lot of storage don't look here. However it has an amazing battery life and is speedy. I highly recommend this laptop to someone.

This is an excellent machine, very compact, lite weight and can be very fast and set up flawlessly if you know what your doing. Firstly, update everything on it with Windows Update. Then Upgrade to Win10. IF you try installing anything else first you will bog it down and miss the whole idea of what this can actually do. Mine I bet would be one of those returned by someone who had no clue what they were doing, bogged it down right out of box then whined it didn't have enough memory or power. I have 19gb remaining on internal drive after updates and going to Win10 and then also goin with 365 that was included and McAffe. I added a 16 or 32 gb card for Everything else and this machine is perfect in every aspect of what I needed. Can go anywhere and work anywhere with it, excellent for on the go types that have a Desktop replacement Laptop at home and want to use this as the on the go one and Cloud OneDrive, Dropbox, MS Office Upload, SharePoint, Google docs etc...

Like it a lot. Fast, light, and nice to carry around. I just have to get used to the smaller keyboard as I am coming to this one from an older bigger one. Only wish it had more gb space on it otherwise it would have been a 5 star

For less than $200 I was pleasantly surprised at how awesome it is. I just needed it for school to download ebooks and have word and it does just that. It's very easy to use, which is awesome since a lot of the newer technology confuses the heck out of me. Also, it has a lot of other sweet features I'll probably never use!

Needed computer with Bluetooth and one could move around easily. This does that, but it is small and screen is small. All of which I knew would be somewhat annoying. It does what I needed and was a great price as wasn't wanting to spend a bunch since needed for 1 purpose.

I love this lappy. It's light easy to use comes with everything I needed and $25.00 towards any apps I needed for school.

This is a well made, attractive, compact, inexpensive and useful laptop loaded with Windows 8 and upgradeable to Windows 10. If you need a lightning fast laptop with built in harddrive, DVD playback/recorder and HD screen then pay the extra money to purchase one. This one is not lighning fast or loaded with memory but is small and light for school, travel or sitting on the couch and great for checking email, web surfing, listening to music or shopping on Amazon or eBay. Could work well as a persons first computer or as a very mobile companion to a big, powerful desktop computer. Having a real keyboard makes it better than a smart phone in a lot of ways.

My computer is very lightweight and portable. I am getting use to working on a small laptop but this little machine is great for doing needs research. I will not recommend one to download a lot of things because the memory is limited

The device is adequate for every day use. With a full-blown Windows OS installation on it, it probably does need more room. It suffers from the smartphone problem of too many 'aps', need to delete stuff, than a regular PC or PC laptop should. My last netbook had 250 GB of HDD. But my previous flash/SSD netbook only had 16 GB, so that is an improvement. Also, this *is* supposed to be a cloud storage-reliant PC laptop, so I expect to put my documents online, just that more room for the programs that work on the documents - so much as Office itself -- would just be nice. That allk said, worth buying for the home or basic typig at college.

I needed a simple computer for my basic needs This laptop is light and good. Could get a rating of "excellent" if the Microsoft system/syncing/keeping tabs on its users didn't keep interfering with tasks which slows things down

I got this for my 12 year old daughter and it's perfect. Inexpensive and very portable. It suits all of her needs at this point in her life.

Excellent price. Cool colors light & sleek design. Wish it came with a bit more storage space. :(
