Love this bike. It came with a small scratch. The bike had alot of ease to use. Easy to assemble.

My wife and I (both 65) were looking to add bicycling to our exercise routines. After looking around, we decided that we needed the following features: *Folding bikes that would fit in the back of our car *Light enough for us to lift in and out of the car with our bad backs. *Multiple manual pedal speeds to make it easier on the small hills *Battery powered motors to get us up the big hils We found a few models that fit our needs, but they were generally from $2000 to $4000. Then we stumbled onto the Oslo on sale at Best buy for under $800. Although we weren't able to find many helpful reviews on this bike, we decided to take the plunge and bought two of them. We've had them for almost a month and have ridden them over 100 miles (generally less than 15 miles at a time) and we are very pleased with this purchase. These bikes don't have every feature that some of the other folding bikes do. The electric pedal assist motor only has one speed (great for hills.....a bit fast for level ground). The tires are a smaller diameter and there is no shock absorber on the front suspension (they are great for paved bike paths...not so good for unpaved rough paths). The seats shipped with the bikes are uncomfortable (we swapped ours out right away). There's no speedometer/odometer (we use an app our smart phones). But here's the thing: there are bikes out there that have a lot more features than the Oslo, but they generally cost twice to three times what we paid for our bikes and/or they generally weigh 10 to 20 pounds more. For what we do, particularly at the price we paid, these bikes are perfect for our needs. So far, they are holding up well and mechanically seem to be well built. They are easy to fold and light enough to lift. We highly recommend them for the casual rider that wants a basic portable e-bike for light exercise,

My E-bike is awesome! I have a lot of opportunities to ride due to inclement weather in my area. I was searching through the Best Buy website and found my Huffy Olso e-bike on sale for have the actual retail price. I saved over $500 by purchasing from Best Buy deals section. In my opinion it was steal for me. The e-bike takes a little getting us too, but arrives basic all together assembled on delivery. It took a liitle getting use too. I couldn't take both hands off the handle bars while traveling down the street which is not recommended to attempt noted in the owners manual. I am a 52 year old male, 5'8" and weigh 140lbs. If you are any taller or heavier I don't recommend this product but it's a perfect fit for my size. I give Best Buy and ither older bikers looking e-bicycle travel my top recommendation to purchase. That is lookers who fall within the body composition that I previously mentioned.

Great bike for a great price no issues. Rides smoothly.. only one level on electric mode. But it reaches good speed limit… fits perfectly in my trunk without having to buy bike rack

I received the bike open it put everything together. Turn it on, not running, then check battery it empty. When I plug in the charging port to the battery spark come out, and it's not chargeing. Since I like the size of this bike, and the spec. I would like this exchange for another one. So I take it back to BestBuy exchange for this defected bike. They will charge around $80 shipping for me to get the other one. To avoid the charge I returned this defected bike.

Sorry I can't not write an honest review as Best buy does not let me!!! Please no one else buy it, feels like a $1,000 scam.

I love this bike model, but my experience is that this is not a bike to use every day as it came with many manufacturing defects, one of the pedals came off in less than 2 weeks of use, several came off screws while using it... in conclusion I did not have a good experience.

The bike have a lot of issues that need to be worked out.. minors things.. bikes are package poorly and cause damage to the frame of the bike. The bike is great ride when functioning properly switching the seat is a must.

It was amazing. Sturdy beautiful. But then when I tried to ride it, I realized that saying “it’s like riding a bike u never forget” oh u can forget. I couldn’t balance it. It been 16yrs since I been in a bike. And yes I forgot. I wanted training wheels

Bike was not up to what I consider Best Buy products. Bike only ran for a week, then back tire went flat. Fixed that and then wouldn’t take a charge. Love most of Best Buy products, but this one not up to their usual standards.

I ordered this the frame that hold the battery pack in place came broken on both sides. Fromt breaks broke overral unsafe bike its not worth the price either dont buy it.

Too small for a 6"1 250 lb man. Heavy and slow. Peddle like hamster to get speed in top gear.

What I love best about this bike is that it’s electric. Some downside to it are that because it’s electric it can’t get wet, you have to pedal a bit in order for the electric mode to kick in. Overall it’s saved me time to get to work and reliable when putting it away.
