Unsatisfied with kids moped

It arrived with a tire that was already flat and unable to be reinflated. It was extremely uncomfortable powerful as well. Very poor design.

Worst Purchase Ever it worked for 2wks!!!

I bought this item for sons bday in May, it is June 26, not even 30 days but lm past the window of exchange or return 15 days for Best Buy which leaves me to the mercy of manufacturer. The item won’t hold charge drags slowly yet the charger stays green as indicating it doesn’t need charging. I called & waited forever just to get a non chalant rep who didn’t once empathize. They don’t hv a service center like most 21st century companies, they’re sending parts out which I have to input on my own. DO NOT BUY from this incompetent company. Just buy your kid a regular bike instead.

Horrible purchase! Very dissapointed

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like most reviews i read the item was only used 3/4 times with my supervisión, was always handled cautiously and yet it drags when driving it, makes this horrible sound like its coming from the motor. It doesnt hold charge and came in box scratched up. And only had it for a few months at this point i do not know what to do with it… dont want to throw it out because its brand new and my child will have a fit even though it doesnt work smh just soo disappointed! $200 down the drain
