When I opened the box, everything was there as it should be except the protective foam inside the case but no biggie. Works outside the box well, and plays games extremely well. I was able to play rainbow on ultra settings at 180+ fps, Fortnite on ultra settings at 160+ fps, Minecraft maxed out at 300+ fps, far cry primal on everything high at 100+ fps. overall a bang for your buck, and would totally recommend this pc to someone who is trying to game for the first time or is switching from console.

This is a nice fast computer. The description on the website and in-store team members are not clear on expansion capabilities so here they are: 4 open SATA ports on the mother board 4 available SATA power connection 8 GB memory comes as 1 stick of ADATA DDR4 2666 MHz with 3 expansion slots 1 PCI Express slot open 1 open bracket for an additional SSD Room to add minimum 1 @ 3.5" HDD or 2 2.5" SSDs under existing HDD bracket 4 additional 4 pin LED connections I've added an additional 1TB SSD and 16GB of RGB Ram so far. This is a nice computer for the price point (purchased at $649).

This computer is more than what I expected. It runs fortnite anywhere from 180-240 FPS for me. It was generally easy to setup and it is lighting fast. The lights Are a good look and the keyboard and mouse are also a nice thing to have included

I finally made the switch from Xbox to PC and boy does it feel good. I picked up the PC and was home playing Fortnite in under an hour, I know nothing about computers so I was surprised it didn't take me longer. Haven't had any problems yet and it runs World of Warcraft and Fortnite just fine. The RGB lights are great for my room aesthetic too. It came with a mouse and keyboard which was a nice surprise considering those can be expensive on their own.

My first real gaming PC and I am very satisfied so far. The only thing, which was a minimal issue, is that the RGB for the fans came disconnected. Very simple fix, all I had to do was unscrew the back panel and plug them back in. Besides that, the PC came exactly as described with no damage or problems. I definitely recommend

Pros: Great PC does everything it should. Cons: Came with some defective parts. Keyboard was defective (probably due to quality), and the middle RGB light was DOA. I contacted Best Buy (through chat) and got disconnected 3 times (due to 1 min of inactivity waiting on the Best Buy persons). I mentioned that I could change the light out because it's like a 5 min fix (all i needed was a replacement one). They wanted me to bring it to a Best Buy but it's too far away. I would have sent the defective one if they would've sent me a good one. I purchased it for my kid (for Christmas) so how would I look taking it from him to go get it fixed? I guess we'll have to just deal with the middle light not working.

This is my first time having a store bought PC and i cant begin to tell you how pleased i am with this product. It runs all the games and movies that my built PC would have problems with. It is definitely an excellent alternative and cheaper option that sourcing all the parts yourself. Now i did go with a lower rated pre-build so by no means is it a super computer but it does exactly what i need it to do i'm hands down impressed.

I don't have the time or energy to build my own computer, so I ordered the IBP $850 prebuilt computer from Best Buy. Had some trouble with the shipping, but that isn't anyone but UPS's fault. It was packaged securely in the box, however my computer came with no packing inside the side panel despite several instructions and reminders included to take the internal packing out before starting the PC. Thankfully, nothing came loose during shipping and everything works fine. You get what you pay for and the computer works well, my only complaint is that the RAM included was one stick of 8GB rather than two sticks of 4GB, but that is easy enough to upgrade. Performance is great for the most part, but again some slow downs when the RAM gets overloaded (I'm a multitasker). The keyboard and mouse that come with it aren't anything special but do work as intended. They were included free so you really can't complain. Overall, I do really love the PC. It is a good deal and I would absolutely recommend it with a few minor upgrades.

First this is a great computer for the price. Easy to set up and very fast. My son loves it and has been going non stop. Plays on line. The lights look really good too. Nice because they give you options on the lighting control. Highly recommend.

I got it in great condition, although they lost it for about 20 minutes. The computer did come with a descent mouse and keyboard and for the price I paid it was a great bonus! The unboxing was easy and the set up took less than 30 minutes. All in all it was money well spent for someone who isnt looking to game professionally.

So far I love this PC. Got upset when I first bought this PC because it didnt have the DVi port for the graphics card which woulsnt allow my monitor at home to work. Had to buy an adapter. Outside of that seems like a good PC for the price I got it for. This was my first gaming PC purchase. Cant wait to get started!

Some people have been saying that this is a great starting PC. This is a fantastic PC overall. Graphis are superb and it runs really smooth. Will buy one for my son for graduation. Great PC Ibuypower.

This system is exactly what I was looking for and more. The specs of supplied hardware, the beautiful rgb lighting, no bloatware, activated windows 10. Also the tempered glass case was a nice surprise as the review I saw that was posted a year ago had the same model with an acrylic panel. The included rgb keyboard and mouse are definitely appreciated, even though they will just be kept as backups. The one and only issue I had was that the rear fan leds were not working when first powered up. as seen in other reviews, it just needed to be plugged in and started working and syncd up immediately

This is my first ibuypower computer and with how happy I was it won't be the last! It looks great, its fast, and the fans are silent and very customizable. I definitely recommend them.

My overall first impressions are good. My only initial complaint is that they put a sticker directly on the glass that leaves residue on it. This doesn’t effect functionality but it was frustrating to deal with. I definitely recommend this to anyone for an entry level PC. I used different Ram in my photo so it won’t come like that.

Bought this for my son. He’s 12. Easy Set up graphics card works great fortnight plays very well. Buy it!

We got this for my son for Christmas. Plays everything he wants to play with zero problems. The SSD did go out with less than 6 months of use. I am currently waiting for the replacement from IBUYPOWER now. RMA process was quick and painless if you can trouble shoot and replace the parts yourself. Over all I highly recommend their system.

I have only had this pc a few weeks but it has exceeded my expectations several times. Everything runs extremely fast and smoothly the fans are very quiet and it says under 35°C in my testing so far. As long as you are running 1080p it is an absolute animal and plays VR like a champ (played fallout 4 vr on max everything without a single stutter) I would highly recommend this pc to anyone who is a casual gamer or vr enthusiast on a budget, or even competitive gamers who play at 1080p with a high refresh rate monitor. It has built in bluetooth so I didn't need an adapter for an xbox one controller and included a gaming keyboard and mouse, I ran cinebench and the CPU boosted to 4.1GHz and with the ASUS tweak tool the GPU runs a constant of 1800MHz and that's just preset gaming mode not custom overclocking so it's super stable. Really couldn't be happier! 10/10 aesthetics 10/10 price for performance
