Awesome rig and caught it on sale for $900, an absolute steal. Boots up super fast due to the ssd, I play a variety of games and threw everything at it this past weekend, it handled everything effortlessly and is very quiet. Temps stayed within where they are supposed to be, lots of airflow. Tons of room in the case for future upgrades. Only negative thing I encountered is some of the keys on the keyboard that came with it stick. I haven't used the mouse and don't intend to as I use an mmo mouse. Overall awesome purchase and am glad I snagged a couple for my wife and I.

I originally was looking to upgrade from a gaming laptop to an actual tower. I was hesitant because of the price at first but I am so glad I paid what I did. It’s an overall amazing PC super easy to set up basically just plugged in and played. It’s runs all my favorite games like fortnite CSGO and PUB G all 140fps or higher. NO MORE SCREEN TEARING! Plus the SSD lets your computer boot up so fast so you can get right to the action!

Specs listed do not do it justice. Amazing gaming computer with enough power to run a pro racing rig and four monitors using both the GTX and Intel GPU. Racing sim highest setting FPS stable at 75.

I needed a computer that fit all the specs for my college major Virtual technology and design and this had everything I needed Pros easy setup RGB lighting Quiet comes with wifi adapter easily up gradable Cons it weighs a lot and you may need someone to help you carry it

I bought my machine, An IBUYPOWER Trace-940 off best buy's website and had it delivered to the store- several of my friends who are system builders all agreed for the price I paid for it, I couldn't have built a comparable or a superior machine for a significantly lower price. that being said I also had advice from my friends on what to look for- and i researched myself for a couple weeks before buying it. and I've been very happy with the 940 since, its a perfect replacement to my 10 year old laptop and lets me do everything i used to be able to do and more including streaming games a hinged pannel would be a nice improvement over the screw on one, and also I'd like to see IBUYPOWER in the future offering this with RAZER or Cosair compatible RGB options however for the price i CANT really get to upset over it the system has been great so far the mouse that came with it i cant really speak to, its a basic mouse it felt decent, i swapped it out with my razer naga 2014 which has been serving me well, as for the keyboard well its taken me about a month to get used to typing on it and i still hate it however its a free keyboard, it works until you get something nicer.

I purchased this gaming rig with the intent of having a out of the box gaming system that would run shooters like Pubg and CS:GO with great FPS. It did just that. Steady 115-140fps on high settings consistently. After being away from gaming for almost 10 years, coming back and having the experience I’ve had with a product like this from iBuyPower, I can’t say enough. I paired this with a Razor mouse and keyboard, and 27” Samsung Curve monitor for $1500 after tax. Great budget rig with tons of extras. I highly recommend this setup for anyone wanting to stay around $1500.

Bought for my brother. He loves it. Read nickname c0ldbr3w review. He wanted it after his laptop went out because he picked one out for his church read nickname GFTChurch. I like the glass side and the lights. It is fast and his wifi doggle came in the bag, plugged in up top of the tower in a USB and it works great! I would get one if it wasn't for my job. He has looked and there are 3 four-prong power connectors inside, an extra sata power connection we saw and two plug ins on the motherboard for sata harddrives. Also a 8 prong extra connector. Expansion possible.... you can't go wrong for this price.

I spent a few months figuring out if I would buy pre-built or build my own. with the prices of components right now and the time you would spend building and loading a OS, going pre-built is a no-brainer. I am a big fan of IBP so I knew what product I was going with. I consistently get 100fps without overclocking my GPU on most games with high settings. Also there is plenty of space to upgrade components in the future with this case. This is all you will ever need for right now and will be easy to upgrade in the future.

Everything you could want and need in a gaming PC. The rbg lights are great, the setup and was smooth and I’m very pleased. If you want a gaming pc but don’t want to build one on your own, this is a great pick. The only issue I have is the WiFi adapter is subpar. I purchased one from BestBuy the same day I picked up the pc, unplugged the adapter that was already included and plugged in the new one. No driver cds needed and it instantly speed up my wireless connection. Other than that, it’s a perfect buy!

This was an excellent purchase. Very impressed with the performance of this machine. Super fast startup, excellent video card, and storage to spare. The associate was extremely knowledgeable with the products and really helped to clarify our purchase decision. Just awesome experience.

I am so happy with my purchase of the ibuypower trace940. It is a super fast and amazing computer that functions so good. The look of it is amazing the lights are amazing and overall an amazing pc. Completely satisfied.

Awesome computer for the price. I ended up buying a 500GB SSD for $100 bucks and installing it for more space. Only has 2 slots for RAM so it may even be worth buying another motherboard somewhere down the line. I run a small virtual network on the computer for practice and it holds it's own. I bought a nice curved Samsung monitor 4k screen 27". Has good color. Motherboard has a CMOS battery and runs UEFI. Capable of Secure Boot but it does not have TPM for BitLocker so extra settings need to be configured in order to encrypt and lock the drives. Also comes with a Wi-Fi USB Adapter capable of 802.11ac. It is not clear whether it is wave 2 or not but I assume it is not since there is no verification sticker from the Wi-FI Alliance. The memory sticks look old in style but they are DDR4 2400MHz which is like the middle ground of the best available. Nothing wrong with that. The CPU can be overclocked for better processor speed. A processor without any cooling will burn it self out in a few seconds. To overclock a processor without the appropriate cooling system will wear your processor out much sooner. Picture your gas tank when you keep your put the pedal to the floor. It works, it is just not a good idea. Overall I am a fan and I would recommend this computer. I am not a gamer so I do not have much to say if that is what you are looking for. Keyboard sucks and is not wireless however I have a specific taste when it comes to keyboards. The mouse is also not wireless but it is probably my most favorite mouse ever.

I have had this computer for a couple of weeks and so far it is great. It is super fast with the 16GB, I wish I could have afforded one with a better graphics card, but all I am playing right is Fortnite and it works great for that. The other great thing about this computer is that it is not a Dell or HP that tend to load a lot of bloatware onto it, so when I went to clean up programs, it did not take that long to get it where I wanted.

Just set this up last night and it is blazing fast, until you get to the internet. I had to remove the wifi adapter from the inside and plug into the top in order to even make it manageable, I am debating getting a different

Bought this as an upgrade to my first gen core i7 and I'm very pleased with the results. My KDR went up on pubg and I'm consistently over 100fps on competetive settings. Can't beat the value for the chip and 16GB ram. I had a gtx 1080 that I put in no problem and gave the 1060 the computer came with to my roommate and now we get chicken dinners together.

New to the world of gaming on pc and super easy and works super well

I have been using this PC for a few days now and am absolutely thrilled with it. It looks as good as it performs. My only real issue is that I didn't notice that the motherboard is a mini board as opposed to a full size board, and then I added another SSD it doesn't sit straight due to where the connectors are in relation to where the board is. And I wasnt a huge fan of the key board it came with. But that's all addressable.

Love using this computer for my Oculas Rift, and all my other gaming options! Highly recommend this product to everyone. Thanks again iBUYPOWER !
