I wanted something I could reheat coffee or food in while I'm upstairs so I don't have to go back down to the kitchen. It took a few times to get used to the buttons but it's easy to use, looks great, and I was able to find a mini fridge at BB to go along with it for the perfect setup.

It's a 700-watt, so most cooking instructions I have to adjust by x1.7 min to get 1200 wattage (in case that is helpful to anyone else!). Once you actually read the manual, the cook settings are easy to use and remember. Overall, it's cute, it's sturdy and does the job.

Unfortunately, the heating element burned out, so I had to get a new one. I am glad that Best Buy still carries these retro-looking ones. It looks great with my antique decor. I do not believe this one is as powerful as my previous one but it is easy to operate, heats my food in a reasonable amount of time, looks great, and matches my kitchen, so I am very pleased with all its aspects. My only negative is the cherry red. Not much to be unhappy about in the scheme of things!

Scored an out of the box deal (it had no damage) in a matching color to the retro mini frig. Delivery was fast - item works better than the full size one removed in my kitchen demo. Easy to understand without reading the manual. Five Star purchase. Highly recommend this - will work in a variety of settings/uses.

Very easy to use and the RED COLOR just pops out in my white kitchen.. Love It! Insignia products are excellent quality. It always recommended to buy the Geek protection for 2 years which is so cheap and covers the product fully.

You can adjust the pre-programmed functions based on the serving size up to 3. We named it our "Little Strong Red." Easy to clean. This microwave is an ideal small appliance for a single household.
