Of all the features, the popcorn one is our favorite. I would recommend buying this item from Best Buy and they did an excellent job on installation.

I like the look of it and it was easy to install. The new design to protect the keypad is great. It look as good as a samsung. Think I'll enjoy it.

This was purchased to replace a samsung that lasted two years. Everything was packed very well and besides tools, all parts needed for instalation was included. The microwave looks high-end and blending with other brands well. The buttons are easy to see and responsive. The lighting is a nice neutral white color. Seems to perform very well also.

This microwave fot the bill and we actually like it better because the button work without having to press additional buttons and start. The price was great also!

We upgraded our cabinets from 12" depth to 15" depth. We needed a microwave at least 17 inches deep to allow for venting from the front. The dimensions in the specifications as well as the picture online are: 17 3/4" deep, 29 15/16" wide, and 16 7/16" high. The actual and printed on the box that we received are: 15.6" deep, 29.9" wide, and 16.5" high. Since they did not have one on display, we bought this sight unseen trusting the info on the Best Buy website. We will be returning it and will have to find an alternative that likely won't be from Best Buy. Just sharing so others don't make a similar mistake.

After replacing the old one with this one, it changed the look of the kitchen for the better, A week later I asked the tenant how she liked the microwave, and she loved it!
