We purchased this refrigerator for our downstairs kitchen. Perfect for our needs, just the right size. We especially had great delivery men. They were very professional and careful. They had to bring our old refrigerator up and put the new one downstairs. We especially appreciated this because we are unable to do this anymore. FYI Home Depot would not deliver and move to basement because we did not buy a top notch refrigerator. Even if we paid for it !! So much for helping seniors. Thank you Best Buy !!!!!

I don't believe it's bigger than I thought. Good quality, moderate price, cold and quiet. does not make noise. Wise choice for ordinary life. and have to move house often like me. Thank you best buy for the on-time shipping service and the thoughtful staff who took the cabinet upstairs for me. makes me feel satisfied with the place of sale and also with the quality of the refrigerator product. Tens of thousands of buyers, ten thousand sellers. But you satisfy a customer like me, I will try to spread that message to let my friends know about Best Buy.❤️

I got the Insignia 18 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator and overall it’s been doing the job, especially for the price. It’s simple, spacious, and looks clean in the kitchen. The layout works well for what I need and it runs quietly. The one issue I’ve noticed is that things placed near the back wall of the fridge tend to freeze. There are definitely some cold spots, so I have to be careful where I put more delicate items like greens or eggs. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to keep in mind if you plan to store a lot of fresh produce. For a basic fridge, it works. But if you want more even cooling or advanced features, you might want to go with a higher-end model.

I am enjoying my purchase, it is just what i needed and the price was just as great in meeting my need. This refrigerator is very spacious and i am happy that on the day that i walked in Bestbuy it was there just waiting on me

Good for the price range. Draw back no drawer to put like cheese in and no light in the freezer area.

Once again an excellent experience with Best Buy! From the greeter at the store, and the salesperson to the delivery guys. All were fantastic! So far so good with this refrigerator. Good value for the price. Its a tad smaller than our old one, but with this design it actually seems to be more roomy. Works great so far. Very quiet and cooled very quickly. Only downside is no drawer for cheese etc., the light doesnt seem very bright and no light in the freezer, otherwise very happy.

I love my new refrigerator. It's surprisingly roomy both fridge and freezer. Good sized shelves that can be moved up or down. My only comment is once in awhile if I don't push hard enough the fridge door pops open. But it has a little alarm to let you know.

Love it it just the size I was looking for has enough room on the icebox and the bottom fridge

Fridge arrived on time and only took an hour till we got the fridge running. Fridge works really well and glad we got it at an affordable price.

Shopped all day and found this to be the best refrigerator for the money. Staff at store were nice and helpful. Delivery was great multiple messages and calls with updates and even a map that showed where they were.

Decent refrigerator but it arrived damaged. I didn't know who to blame. The manufacturer or Best Buy. I couldn't get a replacement because there were none. I had to take some money off. It's cold so that's good.

Spacious and runs well. Only issue is it makes a frequent squeaking sound, which seems to be a common theme for this brand. It would’ve been a 5-star review if that wasn’t an issue

Big size, enough space to use. 3months already used, so far it's good with this price.

We are happy with our purchase. This fridge is super quiet. It's easy to keep clean and the doors don't bang when closed so those late night snacks won't wake up anyone else when you sneak a piece of pie. Best Buy made the entire purchasing and pick up simple and stress free.

Excellent size, temperature works great, freezer and fridge space are perfect, easy to install handles etc. and price was amazing. I love my new fridge.

The delivery and setup was excellent and on time. The fridge itself is very spacious. The door racks are also good size. Using it as a second fridge in the basement. Perfect use and fit for the it. Got the white one.

It is such a great size and was delivered in such a timely manner. The app let me know how far he was and when he would be here with the fridge. It was clean and works very very good. We love it! Great price!
