Went from using old 15+ year old washer to this brand new one and my clothes suddenly look like they’ve aged 15 years. Honestly not very pleased with my purchase

It wasn't even at the store period. I had to buy this washer from Lowes across the street! The washer is a great product and works well. Definitely worth the money!
