I’ve been really happy with this dryer so far. It’s super easy to use, runs quietly, and the Sensor Dry feature does a great job adjusting the time based on how wet the clothes are—no more over-drying. I also love the large drum, which fits big loads easily and helps me cut down on the number of cycles I need to run. For the price, I think it’s a great value. My only complaint is that there’s no interior light, so it can be a little hard to see inside, especially in low light. Other than that, it’s been a solid buy.

It works really well and it holds a very large load of clothes. The installer had to update the dryer vent and gas valve to meet compliance with Baltimore City law. So just to give you a heads up, I had to pay the installation fee at Best Buy when I purchased a dryer. When the installer got there, he told me that I had to update the gas valve and that was an additional cost ($150). I was not aware of these additional costs. On a positive note they came and removed my old dryer and installed the new one in less than an hour. FYI, Best Buy gives you the option not to purchase the installation and use that service. You are more than welcome to find someone else to install your gas dryer.

So far this has been a great purchase ive had it about a month its a tad smaller than my old dryer. Its way more quiet and seems to dry clothes extremely fast. It was very affordable as well !!5stars

This is my first time using this gas dryer. I was a little skeptical about keeping this insignia gas dryer after reading some of the reviews. I used my intuition, kept the dryer and it works great. This is my 5th load drying in the same day and I had no problems with this brand. Excellent choice for the price!

It can in earlier than expected and it works great couldn't be happier. Plan on buying upright freezer after i pay off credit card on this purchase. And other purchases after freezer will come to. Bust buy people was great and very good service.

Made in China and proud of it. Very nice unit. Rugged and I have the matching washer. I'm through with other garbage! Delivery went well for this dryer.

Easy installation even though i had to do it myself But got it working same day and operates flawless.

Dodnt heat up or dry my clothes had it serviced after one week of owning it and they got it heat but not dry the clothes had to return it 3 weeks later after trying everything to dry my clothes

The dryer this replaced was only about 4 years old. I was happy once this arrived, and shocked. It's amazing. It's so quiet, you barely hear it running and the end when it's done is 4 light little beeps. My other one was so loud I could hear it on the other end of the house. NOT this one, I have to set a timer to be sure to get my stuff out while it's still warm. This is wonderful, so much more than what I bargained for. Best purchase decision since that last one. It drys wonderful and it's so quiet. Well worh the money

It took a little work but with the help of the installers and store manager we were able to have propane set up and have it installed. Once the propane conversion kit was figured out everything went smooth and the dryer works very quickly and efficiently to dry our clothes. No propane kit was included. But by paying for professional installation they did include it and everything else needed and converted it to propane for me. Installer was professional and made sure everything worked perfectly. The dryer works great. Very happy and would buy again. Simple controls, large capacity, low energy use, dry's quickly, quietly and efficiently running on our propane tank.

My GE dryer died after 10 years. The tax war (25% tax on imported washer/dryer) bumped the retail price higher these years, which makes most of the dryers over my budget. I never heard of this brand before. But decided to give a try because of the low price (20% off). Used for about a month. It work great as a dryer, but seems not as efficient as my old one. The lint trap is a third of the size of my previous dryer. The door is also a little bit smaller. It uses 3/8" gas pipe while my previous one uses more common 1/2" pipe. I did not use the bestbuy's installation service because it includes the wrong parts during checkout. Regardless, it is easy to install if you have the right parts.

Ordering was easy. The price was competitive. Drop off was precise. The product works great! I will buy appliances from Best Buy again.

Good enough for the price. I bought an open-box “excellent” and it wasn’t exactly in excellent condition as described (exterior scratches, signs of previous use, lint catcher dirty) but we needed something quickly and it was the best price we could find. It’s pretty straightforward and easy to use and it’s also pretty quiet, which is nice. The only real negative is that extra large or heavy loads need to run longer than the maximum 80 minutes. I also wish there was a timer feature that would show how much time is left. All in all it does the job, especially for the price.

We just purchased this and so far it is quiet, reliable and quick drying.

I can't believe how much I LOVE this washer and dryer set ! What a huge difference it makes doing laundry now :) Now it doesn't seem like such a boring, endless chore. Washer is relatively quiet and so is the dryer. And this dryer works so good it takes less than 20 minutes to dry ANY load ! Great product, great price. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed .

My 40 year old gas dryer finally died and I couldn't be happier with this as a replacement. Quiet, easy to use, heats up fast, dries quickly, and compact for how much it holds. Very happy.

Very nice. I like how you can choose which side you would like the door to open on. The wrinkle free setting is also great and not to mention it’s quiet. I purchased this for my 86 year old Father and he likes how easy it is to use.
