The two protectors I purchased were packaged in boxes that said “for iPhone 8” the glass is actually for an iPhone X which is obviously shown on the cover however I was not aware of it until I drove all the way home 90 miles from the closest Best Buy.

So I’ve had a lot of Zagg products and the Apple exclusive Belkin screen protectors. The Insignia brand glass screen protector is almost identical and super easy to install (but not easier than the apple belkin ones since they install it for you haha) The template for installation worked perfectly and the pre installation items did their job well. I had the screen protector installed in 5 minutes with perfect alignment and no dust under it. This screen protector is a little thicker than some other ones but it isn’t really a big deal, especially since there is no home button so you can’t even really tell. No loss in screen sensitivity or clarity and it was had the price of the other brands. Only wish they offered a replacement warranty like Zagg, but even if this one does break I can buy another and have only just spent the cost of a Zagg or Belkin screen protector. This one is definitely a smarter buy over the “name brands”

I’m an employee and deal with installing and using many different products, especially screen protectors. In this case the insignia screen protector is easier to install, cheaper to purchase and will do just as good as a job as some of the other options. It comes with a installation guide and a plastic template that fits around the phone to help you install it. It’s simple as clean, dust off and install.

It has been about a week since I installed my insignia screen protector and I have no complaints. The application was not difficult at all and the step by step instructions were clear. The frame that came with it was useless. It did not snap all the way but I managed to do without. So far so good on protection.

I've had it for a month. Great quality. Easy installation. Perfect resolution. I wish it covered the full screen but it leaves room for the thickest cases. It also doesn't cover the notch at the top of the iPhone X screen.

I dropped my phone a couple times with this screen protector on and nothing happened. Then one day I dropped my phone and it cracked. Took the protector off and the crack was only in the protector not my phone. Also protected from minor scrapes.

Very durable, my phone has fallen a few times and it is still intact, plus, i love the fact that it comes with a phone frame so that you can position the screen protector in the perfect position! Highly recommend it, well worth it!

Perfect fit for my wifes iPhone X. Very easy to install with the included template to make sure it fits perfectly centered. I will buy this brand again and again for any phones I upgrade in future. Good Job Insignia, nice product...

A totally must have for your expensive iPhones, great screen protection and sticks on great. I really like that it comes with a frame to apply glass to phone screen centered

We bought this after spending so much time comparing with other screen protector for my daughter’s iPhone 8. The box says for iPhone 8 and at the bottom it also says compatible with the X. Since the box says iPhone 8 we bought it. When we got home we found out that it’s more of iPhone X. It’s too long for the 8. It covers the button of the iPhone 8. The film is thick and really clear and looks sturdy, too bad it was a waste for us. We went to ebay to buy a correct screen protector.

Good screen protector if you get it on sale for $15. It’s presise fitting so if you are picky like me take your time to put it on. It comes with a frame to help you but I did not use it. Overall good product so far.

Has offered my partner great protection from a lot of accidental drops already. Comes with a nice and easy installation guide to minimize air bubbles and crooked installations.

Instructions were easy. It was nice that it came with a plastic overlay so you can put on the screen protector exactly. Seems like good quality, screen on the X still looks great.

Fits perfect. Really great quality. I dropped my phone the first week and the protector cracked but my Phone screen did not! Thank goodness will buy again.

The insignia screen protector continues to withstand many of the drops. Easy to read texts on my phone and doesn’t smudge easily like other protectors.

This screen protector prevents scratches. It’s really protective and pretty thick. Since it’s glass rather then the phone cracking the protector will.

Dropped my phone two weeks after installing this protector. Wow. The protector cracked, but my brand new iPhone X screen is safe. Great product!

I love the product. It’s just that I drop my phone so often that I’m able to break almost the unbreakable. My actual screen is still in tact. It just looks a little worn from the drops. I need something a little more durable. But overall, it’s the best from all the other ones I’ve had!
