||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to hold the AW3418DW, which is a curved ultra wide monitor that is < 20lbs without the included stand. This monitor arm will not hold the monitor level, top to bottom. The top edge of the monitor leans over and no amount of tightening/manipulating will get it to hold level. Check out the photo and you can see how bad this thing is. I guess assembly is fine but it's kind of a PITA to go through all this just to have to box it back up.

Curved ultrawide monitors have a shifted center of gravity due to their size, which can strain the mount.
If your monitor is at the upper limit of the weight range or too wide, it could affect balance even if technically "compatible."

Lossening & tightening certain joints was so difficult I needed to use a power tool. (Not provided.) Parts BROKE while I was setting it up. The back covers for the wires are also terrible. They're tough to get off and are positioned in such a terrible way for your wires. If I didnt take the cover off, it would've eventually damaged one of them. The movement on these is absolutely AWFUL. Its stiff as an old man. So many better options out there. Do NOT pick this piece of crap.

It went together very easily, but I noticed right away that the piece that holds the monitor was crooked. When I attached my monitor, there was no way to straighten it out. I took apart the pre-assemble pieces to see if it was adjustable and it wasn't. Further, despite being within the size and weight guidelines, my monitor immediately sank until one corner rested on my desktop. All the way around, a disappointing product that utterly fails to live up to its very straightforward job.

Posted .This monitor mount is designed and rigorously tested to hold monitors securely when installed and adjusted correctly. The mounting head is designed to allow for tilt and leveling adjustments. If the monitor appears crooked, ensure the screws on the mounting head are not overtightened or misaligned. Check the VESA mount compatibility and confirm it’s attached evenly.

Doesnt work with 32" screens

Posted .The Ergonomic Monitor Mount supports monitors up to 32 inches, but the ability to hold up your screen depends on its weight and VESA compatibility rather than just the screen size.
The mount supports up to 17.6 lbs (8 kg). If your 32" monitor is heavier than this, the arm may not support it properly.
The gas spring arm has an adjustable tension screw to match the monitor's weight. If it’s sagging, try tightening the tension.
Ensure your monitor has VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm and is securely attached.
Dropped my monitor
