I had to download the latest drivers and on the Mac the driver got blocked from loading by security settings. Had to allow it to load from security setting and then worked. On few occasion it glitched and I had to disconnect and reconnect. Works well and is compact. Will heat up a bit during operation.

In regards to the heating, if the dock is burning/harming you, we recommend that you contact support and an agent will gladly diagnose, troubleshoot and if necessary offer an exchange under the manufacturer's warranty.

This allows each of us to use both monitors, and keyboard and mouse, when we need it. The only issues is that you lose the monitors when the laptop hibernates. There's 2 solutions, though: 1) just unplug/re-plug when you wake up the laptop and your screens will come up or 2) there's a place for an A/C adapter to be plugged into that should keep it connected. For us, though, it hasn't been that serious.

AWESOME DOCKING STATION for different connections

It allows you to add several devices including OLDER model flat screens. It is amazing enhancement to newer laptops which only have one USB port. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Would have rated higher, but issue using VGA monitor on Chromebook, but seems more of an issue with Chromebook than the docking station. Probably works perfectly with Windows laptop.

Easy to set up on pc, just plug and play. Mac, you just have to go to the website to download the driver but instructions are straight forward

Thanks for picking up the JUD380 mini docking station. This is a great adapter for adding extra ports to a laptop. It will seem warmer that devices made with a plastic shell. The JUD380 has an aluminum case that will radiate more heat than plastic.
