Many users appreciate the great sound and noise cancellation, while others find the earbuds comfortable to wear for extended periods. The affordable price point is also a positive factor for many customers. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as only one ear connecting at times, and a few have found the volume to be lacking at its highest setting.

Good sound at a reasonable price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound quality is good. However, there is a bit of white noise in the background of whatever you're listening to. This is my first pair of Bluetooth ear buds, so I don't know if this is exclusive to the Elite 3 or is found in all ear buds of this price range. It makes me wonder if the more expensive and higher model Jabra's have resolved this issue. So be aware of that going in. Otherwise it's fine, and everything sounds like it should. Voices and music are clear. These paired fine with my Google Pixel 5a, but I had difficulty pairing these with my Windows 11 laptop. Turns out that the solution is to hold both buttons down on the ear buds and only then add a Bluetooth pairing. If you add the Bluetooth pairing before doing this, they will pair, but they will not register as headphones, which means you won't get any audio going from your laptop into the ear buds. It has nothing to do with Bluetooth or Jabra drivers. Just have to hold both buttons down for a few seconds first. Makes me curious about other Bluetooth ear buds. This is an inexpensive entry into that doorway, and is a fine choice for casual listeners. Overall success.

Great if you only pair with your phone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound Quality - Great, I am impressed with the sound quality for the price point. I listen to a lot of FLAC audio tracks and with cheap headphones you can't tell the difference compared to lower bitrate tracks and it was definitely apparent. Connection -They are great for cell phone usage but trying to get it paired with a TV (Sony X900H) was a giant pain and the connection was very inconsistent with random drop outs. I then tried to pair it with multiple computers and none of them actually worked like I expected. The Elite 3 headphones paired with all the computers but would not play sound on some PCs and none would do the microphone. Pairing - The one big annoyance is they only pair with one device at a time. I thought I would be ok with this but the process to pair with another device is frustrating to say the least. You put the head phones in the case and hold the buttons down on both headphones until a light stops blinking purple. This would be ok but as you press, the headphones move in the case losing sync and it will continue to blink for 10 minutes without finishing. You then have to remove the headphones and put them back in the case and keep trying until you get it right. I eventually found my flow but it still seems to take about a minute or so if you get it right the first time. This is just too long for me and I will be returning this set for something else.

Posted .Hello ProductGenie- Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Jabra Elite 3. The Jabra Elite 3 is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. Some users may have success pairing a Jabra Bluetooth device with a computer and then connecting to a softphone client such as Microsoft Teams. However, the full functionality of the Jabra device may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio, but the buttons may not work for call controls the way they would with a mobile device. This information can be found on the Jabra Elite 3 support page: https://bit.ly/3A1S5Hl. Unfortunately, you can only connect the Jabra Elite 3 with one device at a time, though you can connect these Earbuds with up to 6 devices. If you have questions or concerns regarding your True Wireless Earbuds, please contact the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3miCBtZ. We are always here to help you.

Comfortable but not much else
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the 3rd Jabra Elite 3 I purchased in less than a month. The first I returned because only 1 of the earbuds worked, the other never pair correctly. The 2nd I returned because call quality was horrible and I had issues using them. I ended up taking them out to make a call which defeated the point of getting TWS buds. I decided to give them 1 more try just in case I was unlucky. Unfortunately, these disappointed me as well since I had intermittent issues with sound not syncing correctly between both buds. The only positive comment I can make about these buds is that they were very comfortable. I never experienced fatigue or any pain. If only the buds worked as advertised this would have been a great pair of TWS earbuds.
