Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the Elite 3 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, long battery life, and comfortable fit. Many users appreciate the great sound and noise cancellation, while others find the earbuds comfortable to wear for extended periods. The affordable price point is also a positive factor for many customers. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as only one ear connecting at times, and a few have found the volume to be lacking at its highest setting.

Poor microphone. Good battery life
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The microphone quality isn't that great. It has no noise cancellation, so the person on the call will hear every noise on your side. Good battery life. Speakers work reasonably well on noise cancellation.

Great at first, until they fail and stop working.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What once was a 5 star pair of earbuds are just duds. I love the feel, fit and sound of these buds and I have owned 20 pair of true wireless from all brands. These were may favorite non ANC buds ever. Then I realized after exchanging my second pair at Best Buy due to the random failure of one or both buds that unlike the Sony WF-C500, Jabra can not make a quality earbud for under $100. I purchased two pair and had to exchange both of them. No water damaged or neglect. Now one of my Janna’s again stopped working this time it is software related and Jabra support will not respond to my troubleshooting assistance request. Frankly, I could return them but I am embarrassed and don’t want them to think I am scamming somehow, dispite being a Total Tech and Elite+ member. Thanks Jabra

||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These worked good for playing music, etc. BUT when I try to talk to someone on the phone, I can hardly hear them. No matter what I try. Everything else sounds fine from the phone, except voicemail and phone calls. Returned.

Comfortable but not much else
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are the 3rd Jabra Elite 3 I purchased in less than a month. The first I returned because only 1 of the earbuds worked, the other never pair correctly. The 2nd I returned because call quality was horrible and I had issues using them. I ended up taking them out to make a call which defeated the point of getting TWS buds. I decided to give them 1 more try just in case I was unlucky. Unfortunately, these disappointed me as well since I had intermittent issues with sound not syncing correctly between both buds. The only positive comment I can make about these buds is that they were very comfortable. I never experienced fatigue or any pain. If only the buds worked as advertised this would have been a great pair of TWS earbuds.

Jabra Earbuds
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall size for ears too big. Shut off after 15mins of not having any activity. The manual says this but inconvenient when using for work. People I talked to said it sounded like I was a robot or on an airplane wing. Price for product was decent, bought it on sale.

NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.DO NOT listen ANYMORE to online reviews. They are in many respects in the business of being beholden to the company that pays them and sends them free stuff. These things are typical of the Jabra brand. They sound okay at MAX volume. Bring that volume down just one notch and say goodbye to the supposed quality sound. They come with the medium sized silicone tips on. Forget about them sounding even remotely decent with the mediums. For them to sound just a bit better you will have to wear the large silicone tips. and if you use the Hearthrough feature, get ready to hear HISSING. It's horrible. The fit is just okay. My right one felt a tad more loose than the left one. They never felt entirely seated in the ear, nor entirely snug. You can't help but to feel as if you need to slightly adjust them periodically throughout when using them. As for the various supposed modifications you can make to the sound - treble, bass, etc - you can BARELY tell the difference when doing so. I have had various experiences throughout when using truly wireless earbuds. I have a few sets. Got caught up looking for the 'perfect' set. I took my Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 (not the pro), and when I compared them as an example to the Elite 3 - WOW, night and day. I know that some will say, well, that is not a fair comparison. That may be true. But why I did it is to show that once you have heard a decent pair of buds like the Liberty in my example, you will be dumbfounded from how bad the Elite 3 are. There is NO going back to average buds. I dare say that at 80 bucks, you can easily find other buds that will far surpass the Jabra. And I want to emphasize again, the HISS you ear when trying to use their Hearthrough feature, it will totally have you wanting to take them out and immediately send them back. I am frankly being too gracious giving these 2 stars.

Posted .Hello Larry- Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed information. We truly appreciate your feedback. It is unfortunate that you are experiencing trouble with the sound quality when wearing the medium size ear gels. For the best audio experience, we hope that you will consider mixing and matching ear gel sizes to find the best fit for you. It is unfortunate that you are experiencing a hissing noise when the Hear Through feature is turned on. This is certainly not expected behavior and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Does this challenge persist in all type of environments? Do these troubles occur when you are connected with a second smartphone? We kindly suggest contacting the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3miCBtZ. We would like to gather more information and provide you with a solution. We want you to have a wonderful experience with the Jabra Elite 3. Thanks, again!

Disappointing but unsurprising
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not loud enough, battery life inconsistent between buds, sometimes only one ear connects (though this was fixed after a few pairing cycles). Overall I wouldn't recommend these for any audiophile seeking a portable audio solution on the go. I'd stick to brands like Shure.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Buttons on the ear buds are easy to use. They last about 6 hours on a full charge. The Jabra iPhone app has no effect on the ear buds. Identifies and connects easily, just doesn’t actually change anything.

Posted .Hello Tanya - Thank you for taking the time to review the Jabra Elite 3. We regret to hear your experience with the mic while on phone calls. True wireless earbuds perform well for music and calls in many different environments. However, the design and wearing style of the earbuds, with the microphones located in your ears rather than next to your mouth, may in some situations present a challenge picking up your voice or filtering out background noise, compared with Jabra products that have a different design and wearing style. Other Jabra products may offer higher levels of noise reduction on the receiving end of a call because the microphones are placed closer to the mouth, for example in a boom arm or on a cord. For best results, please make sure that the firmware of your Jabra Elite 3 is up to date. Once again we thank you for taking the time to review the Jabra Elite 3.
