Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Elite 3 True Wireless In-Ear Headphones for their exceptional sound quality, long battery life, and comfortable fit. Many users appreciate the great sound and noise cancellation, while others find the earbuds comfortable to wear for extended periods. The affordable price point is also a positive factor for many customers. However, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as only one ear connecting at times, and a few have found the volume to be lacking at its highest setting.

They turn on in the case

I loved these earbuds for the 1st 18 months. They have good sound and stay in my ears. Unfortunately, they turn on while in the case. This is particularly annoying when a call comes in and I put the phone to my ear and can't hear anything. Other times I expect the call or music on my car speakers but, no, the call is on the headset on the case. The warranty is over, so I'll have to buy new ones, but a different brand.

Great if you only pair with your phone

Sound Quality - Great, I am impressed with the sound quality for the price point. I listen to a lot of FLAC audio tracks and with cheap headphones you can't tell the difference compared to lower bitrate tracks and it was definitely apparent. Connection -They are great for cell phone usage but trying to get it paired with a TV (Sony X900H) was a giant pain and the connection was very inconsistent with random drop outs. I then tried to pair it with multiple computers and none of them actually worked like I expected. The Elite 3 headphones paired with all the computers but would not play sound on some PCs and none would do the microphone. Pairing - The one big annoyance is they only pair with one device at a time. I thought I would be ok with this but the process to pair with another device is frustrating to say the least. You put the head phones in the case and hold the buttons down on both headphones until a light stops blinking purple. This would be ok but as you press, the headphones move in the case losing sync and it will continue to blink for 10 minutes without finishing. You then have to remove the headphones and put them back in the case and keep trying until you get it right. I eventually found my flow but it still seems to take about a minute or so if you get it right the first time. This is just too long for me and I will be returning this set for something else.

Hello ProductGenie- Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Jabra Elite 3. The Jabra Elite 3 is optimized for use with a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. Some users may have success pairing a Jabra Bluetooth device with a computer and then connecting to a softphone client such as Microsoft Teams. However, the full functionality of the Jabra device may not be available. For example, you may be able to send and receive audio, but the buttons may not work for call controls the way they would with a mobile device. This information can be found on the Jabra Elite 3 support page: https://bit.ly/3A1S5Hl. Unfortunately, you can only connect the Jabra Elite 3 with one device at a time, though you can connect these Earbuds with up to 6 devices. If you have questions or concerns regarding your True Wireless Earbuds, please contact the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3miCBtZ. We are always here to help you. Jabra

I read some great reviews on these. A co-worker purchased them as well and I think they’re some of the best looking earbuds around. There’s a natural fit and they’re super light. Unfortunately, my left ear isn’t earbud friendly and I have a hard time finding any that will stay in unless they have some sort of hook. I ended up returning these, not because they weren’t great, but because mine wouldn’t stay in. Great sound though and do a decent job of blocking out sound even with no ANC.

Bought these headphones out of curiosity. I've tried out comparably sized earbuds in this price range like the Galaxy Buds and the Pixel Buds A. Overall these headphones sound clear and connect immediately to Android or iOS, but spend $20, $30 more and you'll get more features out of a Samsung or Google product like voice assistance or customizable software. If those add-ons don't matter to you, give the Elite 3's a chance.

These are average... Audio quality is good. Call quality is iffy. Lots of troubles connecting (especially mac). This fit is also not the most comfortable, but because they're light it doesn't give the impression of being uncomfortable (didn't wear them past 30 min)

Hello Meld, thank you for writing a review of the Jabra Elite 3. It is unfortunate that you are unsatisfied with the call quality and fit of your Jabra Earbuds. For the optimal audio experience and fit, we recommend that you try each of the different EarGel sizes. The fit should feel tight and secure in your ear. The medium EarGel is pre-mounted on the earbuds. Ensure the EarGel is firmly attached. Regarding the call quality, we kindly suggest pairing the Jabra Elite 3 with a second smartphone to see if this challenges persists. Please note: the Jabra Elite 3 is designed to pair with mobile devices. We cannot guarantee full functionality when connecting with unsupported devices. If you have other questions, concerns, or comments, please contact the Jabra Support Team: https://bit.ly/3miCBtZ. User feedback is truly valuable to us. Thanks again. Jabra

I have had previous Jabra earbuds. They had a much better quality. The case seems cheap like it is going to break. I had problems connecting to more than one device. If I used it for one device and later used it for another one I had to repair it again to use it on the first device. I was hopeful this would be an acceptable replacement for my 65T. Unfortunately the 65T was a better product.
