The bass is amazing. i love the removable speaker. I also pirchased stand and the usb cables to charge them instead of connecting them. JBL has the best sound of the different systems that I've tried.

I literally plugged the HDMI cord into the TV and it was ready to go! The sound is great with a deep, rich bass that was much better than I was anticipating - especially coming from a Bose system. The only thing I had some trouble with was the software update. It kept failing, but eventually worked. Not a fan of the app. It doesn't support YouTube Music and just seems outdated. That being said, it's just a required feature, so I don't really care. Good system overall!

I wasn't sure it was going to be that much better the my 5:1 Samsung system. Guess what it is. Holly Toledo it's like sitting in a movie theater! If you have the coin and want theater-quality sound this is a good one to start with. The only thing that could be better is the mounting points for the satellite speakers could have more adjustment so they can be angled where you ant to direct the sound. Not that it would matter much. This thing fills the house and neighborhood with crystal clear sound and deep bass notes.

The sound that comes from this is absolutely amazing! We tried another soundbar first, returned it and was blown away by this one. The Dolby Atmos sound feels like you're in the movie! Nice rumble from the bass and crisp side sounds coming from the removable satellite speakers. I highly recommend!!

Absolutely phenomenal sound quality. It just surround you the whole entire room. You think there's things going on behind you and over here you know to your right to your left up above. You know it's it is so amazing in the base is wow. I had no idea what I actually purchased was 880 watts of pure beastly power!!! I can't wait to watch transformers or the matrix on this beast!!!

Good bass and good surrounds at loud volumes make a world of difference once hooked up to your TV, because TV sound quality is horrible.

After remolding my living room, I updated the furniture and entertainment center. My family and I went to Best Buy to purchase a Samsung Sound Bar but left with the JBL instead. I can honestly say that it is a decision I don't regret. The sound from the speakers is so crisp and clear, the bass is so powerful, and the options for a surround sound experience are impressive. This is another great JBL product. I look at JBL as the new Bose of sound. I tested this sytem in the store and it outperformed all other brands by far. Sound is crisp and bass is powerful. In an apartment, this is especially valuable as I now have surround sound. Temhe wireless speakers also have USB ports if you want to permanently power the rechargeable rear speakers in your home. Amazing sytem, worth every penny.

This surround speaker system is incredible! The bass is amazing, it shakes the whole room! The detachable rear speakers are such a great feature. I would recommend this system to anyone who loves great sound! To top it off I got $300 off because it was on sale!

I am a sound enthusiast. This sound bar set up has the best bass and sound from any that iv ever owned. Bose and Sony don't even come close.

I like the Dolby and iit is made completer from the surrounds which real And crips...The bass is really good but can be deeper and heavy..overall I am happy with my JBL 1000 more than Bose 900 NB I keep my woofer at the back of my living room and not next to the sound bar..It creates more room filling experience.try it out

Best sound system I have ever had. Fills the room where my TV is and works flawlessly in the surround sound mode. Bass is super. It vibrates the room on those low base notes.

This sound bar sounds amazing and is better then the lg soundbar i had before. The bass with it is also great and if youre looking for a good soundbar i would get this.

After a few months of using this, this has been an amazing addition to our living room movie experience. We didn't have to run wires or have the hassle of placing external speakers on both sides, we just unplug the detachable speakers and place it both sides of the couch. It calibrates fairly well and gives a 360 degree sounds experience. Bass is good, treble is fairly ok. Retains charge for 2 movies back to back.
