Questionable Bluetooth, Uncomfortable Ear Cups
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this hoping I could use it for the PC and mobile at the same time, or even have it paired to both at the same time. I had serious issues getting it to pair to both, and then when I had it paired to my phone, it would unpair it from my PC and force me to either then turn off bluetooth on my phone and re-pair it, or to use it via USB on the PC and bluetooth on my phone. The sound is much better via bluetooth than USB, in both directions, and trying to get it to play music, while chatting and playing a game takes some jenga/twister/yoga to do. I wanted simplicity, I got more swapping this out for that. Also, the holes in the ear cups are not big enough to do a comfortable over ear. My old Logitech USB gaming headset cost half as much, is multiple years old and is more comfortable.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. Our JBL Quantum 800 can be used from one source at a time. This explains why you're experiencing the headphones disconnecting from your computer when you're pairing it with your phone. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support.

Extremely Disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product gives ok sound quality but if you are looking at this for your XBOX product and are expecting a wireless head set like I was be prepared for a huge letdown it will work with the XBOX but you will not be able to use the wireless capabilities it has to be plugged into your controller to work so if you want a true wireless headset stay away!
