They dropped every 30 seconds so audio cut out the app isnt great and if you use on 2 or more devices its a MAJOR pain to swap back and forth due to connectivity. the sound quality is great. but the problems arent worth it. and for those curious i swapped to samsungs buds 2 pro no issues since if you dont have a samsung go sony

But I had nothing but issues with the connectivity (left bud) from the beginning! Also, if I wanted to connect to different devices it seemed I had to reconnect like new with my phone every time. Sound was awesome and the feel of the case was quality. The feel in my ears was not the best. I had to use my own silicone adapters to make it fit right. As much as I love JBL flip can't recommend these buds or the lives. They both disappointed me ☹️

Posted .We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. We understand that our JBL Tour Pro+ didn't meet your expectations. If this happens again, try putting both buds in the charging case for 10–15 seconds before putting them back in your ears. Then disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds, then re-enable it. If you have any questions or concerns about your device, please contact our customer support.

Pure trash!

I've had them for 24 hours and they're going back. Connection issues galore. This is embarrassing. These people have the nerve to ask me for $200 of my money and they put out some embarrassing nonsense like this. Utter incompetence. Hard pass. Very very very hard pass. Their app is the worst in the industry.

Posted .We appreciate your feedback. Please check the audio settings on your device to confirm that the 'JBL Tour Pro+' is selected as the default output audio device for calls. For sound quality, you may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you still find the sound quality insufficient, you can control the Equalizer through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the bass levels and desired music mode. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the sound quality, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.
