If there was a rating beyond 5 stars, i would choose that rating. This earbuds are impecable, it exceeded far beyond my expectations for the prize, crazy thing is i bought something more expensive, thats JVC and later returned it because i am a JBL fan and it was crap. So i after my return i found these and gave it a try, they were twice cheaper than the JVC and more to that, i had $20 discount returned to my card, i had no idea of this. From the customer service to the product i am more than satisfied, i plan on getting another for a friend, it is that good. Oh i didnt even talk about the features, this bud works like airpods, the minute you drop it back in the case it disconnects and starts charging, and the minute you take it out, before you get to your ears it pairs, i could go on and on with this buds, battery life is wonderful, i haven't charged it since i bought them, thats about a week ago. It is so worth the money, dont get me started on how portable and comfortable it is, fits perfectly. I highly highly highly recommend, you can always return if you don't like it but i doubt you wouldn't

I use them for work and they work well when on noise cancelling mode however I often have to readjust and accidentally change the mode which makes it sound very low. I don’t get why anyone would want it that low. I’ve purchased other JVC earphones and none of them have done this.

I was looking for a economic pair of ear buds with clear sound and a god battery life, and these are great for that, although I don’t normally purchase electronics in the color black because they are difficult to see if dropped. But the pros overweighted the cons

Verdict. These are my first pair of JVC earphones or earbuds ever, and I am very happy! The JVC Marshmallow Plus sound way better than they should at this price range, honestly… I really don’t know how these are this good for the price. Initial impressions. The earbuds come with a charging case, several different sizes of ear foam pieces, a USB-C charging cable, and instructions. These look similar to many other brands of earphones… nothing too distinguishing. Setup was quite easy through the smart phone Bluetooth menu. I was able to connect to two different devices without having to do anything with the earphones, so it looks like it supports multiple devices. The instructions did not indicate if a JVC app was available to manage the earbuds. I found one in the app store, but it didn’t work with these earbuds. Features. The earbuds include touch controls that works well. You can hear a confirmation tone when the earbuds register a command. These earbuds come with passive noise isolation and active noise cancellation (ANC), together providing optimal conditions for good sound. On top of that, the sound quality is actually quite good, if not excellent. These earbuds are also “low latency” so they can be used for gaming. The pass-through function to listen to ambient sound is good, allowing to have conversation with others easily. Battery life is advertised at 28 hours for regular Bluetooth, and 22 hours when using ANC. I assume that this includes recharges through the case. Of note, the case does not charge wirelessly. Sound. Usually, at this price range, I don’t expect too much, but these are quite good if you use them in bass mode. Mids and highs are rich, with excellent clarity. The lows are good too! I am completely satisfied with the sound. These really shouldn’t be this good at this price range, and I dare say they are better than some of my earbuds priced at more than double the price of these. Well done JVC! Working out. I used these earbuds for a 30-minute high-intensity stationary bike workout. They stayed put perfectly the entire time, despite sweat and movements on the bike. Additionally, the ANC successfully blocked all ambient sound, which increased my focus and performance. Things I love: - The sound with the bass mode is very good; these really shouldn’t sound this good at this price range. I am very impressed - Active noise cancellation and great passive noise isolation; nicely designed to optimize the sound experience - Comfortable to wear - Very easy setup, with at least two devices - USB-C Charging - Multiple sizes of ear-foam pieces, and two different materials (foam and rubber) - Touch controls work well - IPX4 (rain proof) - Low latency for gaming - The box advertises 22 hour of sound with noise cancellation turned on. I assume this includes recharging from the case, rather than continuous listening without recharging - Small case that fits anywhere - Very good Bluetooth range; I got to about 90 feet away before it started to lose range! Things I don’t love: - The earphone robot voice that announces “power on” could be better - All earphones I own have the main controls (play/stop, volume) on the right earbud. These have the main controls on the left. I just have to get used to that - Is there an app to adjust the touch controls? I would love to switch the controls to the other earbud, and also change the volume controls - I wish the case could charge wirelessly - When remove from the ears, the earbuds do not auto-pause the music - All wireless earbuds should come with a “quick reference” business card that shows the controls and other instructions. If it’s small, like a business card, it’s easy to carry in a wallet or backpack for easy reference. These earbuds only come with a big instruction sheet. Overall, the JVC Marshmallow Plus are excellent earbuds at this price range. Unfortunately, it doesn’t come with an app, which prevents the customization of controls. However, the passive noise isolation and ANC, combined with excellent sound across lows, mids, and highs, make for a fantastic listening experience. These are great for commuting, working out, traveling, and relaxing, and at this price range, the value is excellent. I highly recommend these earbuds.

JVC hits the Sweet spot, without Marshmallows

I’ve had quite a few truly wireless ear buds, from many of the big brands. But so far, the JVC Marshmallow + have been some of the most comfortable and secure wireless buds I’ve used. I use these daily now, for taking calls to working out. The call quality on the JVC buds is on par with headsets twice their MSRP! Pro • Comfortable, after changing bud tips. • Great audio sound & Noise Canceling • Long Battery life • Easy to use multi-function buttons. Con • Marshmallow tips are not for me, but maybe they will work for you. • Case is rather bulky; it doesn't fit well in a pocket. Setup is a breeze, simply take the buds out of the case and remove the connector peels, then on the intended pairing device go to Bluetooth and select JVC HA-A25T. Then you’re done! No annoying software to download, no extra button combos to press for pairing. It’s completely straightforward. The JVC Marshmallow + have the most multi-function actions assigned to the same button that I have had on a pair of buds. The buttons are located right under the “JVC” logo on each bud and work by assigning different taps or long presses to actions such as pause or skip. Usually, I dislike these kinds of buttons as they tend to be in places that are easy to press on accident or are hard to activate while your hands are sweaty or dirty. But the JVC buttons have managed exceptionally! Each bud has 4 actions: Left: • 1x tap – Play/Pause • 2x tap – Volume Down • 3x tap – Volume Up • Long Press – Cycle Sound mode between Normal, Bass, Clear. Right • 1x tap – Activate Ambient Sound (white noise) • 2x tap – Next Song • 3x tap – Back/Last Song • Long Press – Activate Noise Canceling So far, I have to say the Noise Canceling on the JVC Marshmallows is pretty good, with in mind that these are mid-range ear buds. I still need to try these in more places, but for truly wireless ear buds they hold their own against other brands twice their MSRP. But I would caution that if you are right next to a loud or consistent noise, it will distort your voice for the receiver a bit but still be auditable. For normal situations, like the gym or coffee shop, these do the job great to cut out the background noise on the other end. Honestly, I switched out to the normal silicone buds. The “Marshmallow” foam buds didn’t stay in my ears, which might just be a me thing, but the standard silicone buds fit perfectly. Since I mainly use these while working out, the tips get rather gross. The foam tips were more gross, like the little orange ear plugs gross after being used for a week constantly, after only one workout. I switched out to the silicone bud tips included and found those both felt better and were easier to clean. One word of caution is when removing the foam tips, take them straight off, DO NOT rock or try to pull them off at an angle like you would with silicone tips. The Foam is soft and will tear or rip if too much pressure is applied to one side. Battery life on the JVC Marshmallow + is great, the quoted battery life is 22 hours with noise canceling on and 28 hours without noise canceling. The buds have around 6 to 7 hours of charge time, depending on if noise canceling is on, while the case holds more than 2.5 charges. Depending on your usage, you could find the need to recharge the case every 2 days or only once per week. Overall, since I have received the JVC Marshmallow Plus Noise Cancelling ear buds, I’ve put away my other regular ones. The JVC are more comfortable, have better battery life, and offer more functionality than other models at or above the MSRP price point. I would highly recommend giving these a try if you are looking for a pair of noise cancelling ear buds that are comfortable and stay in your ear!

I have used these now for abouit a week and so far I am happy with them overall. They fit into my ear well and stay snug. I have used them doing things around the house as well as cutting the grass. They didn't fall out of my ear and when inserted the right way they also are very snug and didn't fall out of my ear at all. They come in a nice case to recharge them when not in use. Charge time seems quick and I haven't had them die on me yet after a few hours at a time of use. They case fit into my pocket farily comfortably while travelling and flying this past weekend. Features ont hem are pretty standard as far as earbuds go but they do have some features I do like since my kids like to come up and talk to me often without even bothering to check if I have them in. I can tap them once and it will lower the volume to hear ambient sounds or someone talkign to you without having to remove the earbuds. You can also just turn off noise cancelling and the usual double taps or triple taps skip/reverse or raise the volume up. One feature I liked that wasn't on my last earbuds was the abilitytto change the sound modes from Normal to Bass to Clear by pressing and holding th eleft earbud for about 1 second then it audibly tells you what mode it is in. Overall they are comfortable and battery life seems to be as good if not better than the other earbuds I have used in the past.

Before I say anything else- Really important: Make sure you enable “Low Latency Mode” by tapping on the right bud 4 times quickly (you’ll hear an announcement) if you’re getting a delay between the screen and the buds. For some reason, mine came out of the box without the Low Latency Mode enabled and I couldn’t find it on the paper that came in the box. I did find it in the long list of troubleshooting on the online manual. So basically, don’t return them for being out of sync until you try to 4 taps thing! These are high quality true wireless buds. The foam marshmallow tips are great at isolating noise. With the addition of the noise cancelling, they’re wonderfully quiet. I have a loud oil furnace and dehumidifier close to my computer, and with these in and the ANC active, I can barely tell if they are running. They come with a charging case that makes good contact when you drop the buds in and give a slight press, much better than my JBL buds that lose contact in the case and come out without being charged. I wish the case was Qi charge enabled, I’ve been spoiled by another set of TWS The foam eartips are the best feature on these buds, so comfortable I fell asleep with them in last night and woke up this morning… still in, no discomfort, I’m delighted. With the great isolation from the foam tips, sound quality is great. Good bass response in music, clear mids and highs, and you don’t have to turn them up very loud to get full sound. The soundstage is fair, not huge, but spatial effects on movies and TV shows work pretty well. One tap on the right bud enables ambient sound mode to let you hear whats going on around you and cuts back your music volume so you can converse without pulling the buds out. I have used the buds with my iPhone, Mac, Windows 10 and 11 PCs, and Apple TV. I was initially confused and disappointed with the low latency claims on the box until I learned on the online manual that you must enable low latency mode for them to sync with your display. They should ship with the low latency mode enabled, I think. Once that was figured out, shows and movies were very well synced with voice and action on all of my devices. If you find that your Windows PC is slightly out of sync, it might help to make sure your Bluetooth driver is up to date. I also would like to note that these are great for unofficial hearing protection while you’re mowing the grass or working with loud power equipment. I tried them out on my ridiculously loud riding mower and the sound level was better even than the expensive hearing protection muffs I bought for that purpose. These are so much more comfortable when it’s hot outside! The JVC Marshmallow+ buds are now my daily drivers, replacing a more expensive, “fancier” set that are appreciably less good at sound isolation and noise reduction and have more complicated controls. What a great value. Recommended!

These earbuds have honestly really shocked and surprised me with how good they are! I am a diehard user of the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live and they have been my daily drivers for years, but these JVC earbuds just do some things better than any other wireless headphones I've tried. They're stylish and lightweight to carry around, with a nice charging/carrying case that snaps closed, and the sound quality of these headphones is extremely solid and a great competitor for any other wireless earbud I have tried in recent history from manufacturers like Samsung or Apple, with clear highs, booming lows and any volume level you might desire. Truthfully though, the user experience is really phenomenal and is the main reason I love them these earbuds so much, they're super satisfying! The intuitive touch controls, being left for power, play controls, right for ANC control, all make satisfying beep-click sounds that replicate the feeling of button presses with sound, a really impressive addition! There is no app needed to control the headphones, you just take them out and they individually turn on as you put them in your ears. The eartips are supremely comfortable, as they are made of memory foam, a really nice touch! This also helps the earbuds stay snug in your ears at most times, the only time they sometimes slip slightly out I found was while running for extended periods of time, but this can be solved with changing the eartip size with the additional included eartips! The seal the headphones create, paired with the active noise cancelling is honestly the most shocking part - I was walking in the city with them in and couldn't hear a thing outside. A song went silent and made a pin-drop sound when on this city walk, and I actually stopped walking in shock of how silent and clear it was. I've use high-end Sony over-the-ear headphones regularly as well and haven't had as good of noise cancelling results as these, the combo of active and passive noise cancelling together clearly reigns supreme! As a sort of heads up - if you're planning on buying wireless earbuds to exercise with, the seal is so tight and strong that every step taken when running/walking makes a sort of "thud" sound in the headphones, which can be annoying at times, but is usually unnoticeable if the sound is set loud enough. There is also a passthrough option to hear your surroundings by tapping the right earbud, and it does well for quick moments when you may need to hear your outside surroundings, a person talking, etc.! The only thing I have had consistently poor results with on these headphones are the microphones for calls, definitely don't buy them if you're wanting headphones to use for calls a lot, one gust of wind and it's not possible to be heard at all with them in unfortunately.

Having used several different brands of earbuds over the past few years I have a good idea of what I like and what I do not like. This product from JVC impressed me in many ways. Pros: - Sound quality was outstanding. Whether listening to music or podcasts, I was really happy with the bass levels and overall audio experience. - I haven't seen earbuds of this quality with a noise canceling feature at this price point. These are more affordable than what many competitors offer. - Battery life was fantastic as advertised, rated for 28 hours of normal use and 22 hours if using noise canceling. Using them daily, I have yet to have the battery even come close to low levels. - The charging case is well designed, with the buds sliding into place easily with a magnetic connection. Cons: - I was not a fan of the optional memory foam ear pieces. I couldn't get a good fit with them and they also irritated the skin in my ear. Fortunately, the standard rubber pieces (small, medium, and large sizes) are included as well. - The medium-sized ear pieces provided the best fit for me, but I did still have some issues with the earbuds falling out if I was moving around a lot. Other brands have provided a more secure fit for me in the past. If you are shopping for earbuds on a budget, this is a terrific option to consider!

Basic Truly Wireless Headset with Good Sound+ANC

I love headphones and probably have an addiction to them, so of course I jumped at the chance for a set to accompany my PSVR2 as a wireless alternative to their wired headphones. The JVC Marshmallow Plus fits the bill and I’ll start the review with my overall impressions first and then break it down a bit further. The JVC Marshmallow Plus is an affordable and good-quality entry in the truly wireless in-ear headphones market. The pricing for this product is competitive for what it provides. You get very good noise isolation and ANC on top of that, which results in a crisp sound that should suit most users that aren’t audiophiles. The low latency feature is much appreciated for gaming and watching movies/videos as well. Sure the headphones are missing a few niceties like multi-point connectivity, adjustable ANC levels, and the lack of wireless charging, but overall I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these earbuds to anyone looking for a good pair of in-ear monitors for a great price. Fit and Finish: The JVC Marshmallow Plus come in pretty basic packaging that isn’t very impressive. The case is small and sturdy enough, but you’re going to notice that everything about these headphones is plastic. The case stores the earbuds nicely and has a USB-C connector which is great to see. The earbuds themselves aren’t going to turn any heads, but that might be a good thing depending on your personality and style. You’ll also receive a very short USB-A to C cable and 2 sizes of memory foam tips and 3 sets of silicone tips in several sizes. Sound Quality/ANC: The sound quality for these earbuds is slightly above average for headphones in this price range. The foam ear tips offer impressive noise isolation and the ANC feature doesn’t add any noticeable static, which is excellent. The silicone ear tips drop the noise isolation quite a bit but might be more comfortable for some people. The bass is deep, the mids are workable and the highs sound fine. There is no tinny sound like I’ve experienced in other JVC headphones and the voice response is much more tolerable than the last set of JVCs that I tested. Comfort/Usability: These headphones are very light and feel great in the ear. They don’t feel like they slip out and with all the different tips available I think that anyone will be able to find a comfortable fit. Usability is a little tricky as the instructions are a bit lacking and the touch interface can be very touchy. Eventually, I figured out how many taps and how long of a tap on which earpiece controlled ANC, Play/Pause/Skip, and ambient mode functions. I’d be lying if I didn’t mention that I thought the ANC was actually active before I figured out how to toggle it because the noise isolation is so good with the foam tips.

These wireless headphones (ear buds) are designed feature a low latency design that is ideal for gaming and streaming. That means there's very little of any noticeable lag between what you hear and the visual on the screen. They come with 3 sizes of standard earpieces and a set of small and medium memory foam earpieces. Battery life is about 7 hours with the noise cancelling feature off and they're rated for about 6 hours with it on. With the charging case this gives you about 28 hours of use with NC off and 22 with it on. There's also the option to turn on/off the low latency function, ambient sound (2 levels of hear through) as well as mute the microphone. Additionally there are 3 sound profiles Bass, Normal and Clear. The unit has an IPX4 water resistance rating, which means they can survive minor water splashes but can't be submerged. The case charges via a USB-C cable which is included, but you'll need your own power source and they are not capable of wireless charging. Unlike most headphones, you can pair up to 9 devices. Overall the performance is very good, but unlike most there is no accompanying phone app. The included instructions are lacking, and to be able to fully understand and utilize the features you'll need to go to JVC's website. The information available there is very good!

I have been using these buds for sometime now. There more comfortable than some others I’ve used, they come with plenty of other foam sizes to fit you ear comfortably. They real good for the price. I wish they were a bit smaller so I can fit my motorcycle helmet over them but hey I can’t ask for everything especially at that price point. I like that at a tap I can instantly lower the volume so I can hear the ambience around me or forget that the ambience even exists with another tap. The noise cancellation feature is really good!!!! I recommend these to anyone looking for a great product and wanting to save $$$$

In my opinion, these are just as good as some of the bigger name brands for a fraction of the cost. Plus, I snagged these in Sale - great value for the cost. I would not feel guilty if it got lost while I was on vacation! When unboxed this, I was a little concerned about the length of the ear piece being so “long”. To my surprise, it fit comfortably and was designed to stay in your ear (instead of falling out). The sound quality is excellent and noise canceling does what it is supposed to do. I can easily see myself purchasing this for future Christmas presents from adults to teens.

The battery lasts me the entire day and they sound great. No connection issues and fit comfortably in my pocket. I am not a kid anymore and don't buy products because of the name on them. I tried these because they appeared to be (and are) a good value. I wanted earbuds that had good battery life and and accurately reproduced my music. These JVCs did that withot breaking the bank. Perhaps they are not as good as the fruit named ones, but in listening to bith there is no appreciable difference, othe than price.
