DO NOT BUY, DEFECTIVE PUMP. SHOULD BE RECALLED!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I very seldomly write reviews on products, but this unit it so terrible I feel it needs to come with a warning label. Also, I work in tech, so I get that sometimes you get one bad unit out of a bunch, but this isn't the case here. I am currently on my THIRD unit in less than 4 months (12/18/24 - 4/6/25). I waited to write this review to see how Keurig was going to handle the first faulty unit and although I am somewhat relieved that they warranty replaced it, I'm frustrated that I've had to go through the process twice now and know I'll most likely have to go through it again. The first unit was purchased as a Christmas gift to my husband and made it approximately 2 months before we noticed it quit working. I use the term "noticed" because we don't even use the machine daily. More often than not, my daughter used it for hot water for tea or hot cocoa occasionally. I contacted Keurig and went through their troubleshooting steps with the rep and a new unit was dispatched. I thought, "No big deal, we just got a dud." BIG MISTAKE, I should have returned it to Best Buy and got a completely different model. Our previous Keurig was still going strong after 10 years but I thought a newer, fancier (maybe even faster?) unit would be a nice gift. The second unit was received and unboxed February 26 and was used less than 5 times when we noticed on April 2 that I had also quit working. SAME ISSUE AS BEFORE - the unit just won't pump or dispense water, cold or hot. I call Keurig again and file another warranty claim and go through the whole process with troubleshooting with the rep. I asked about a refund instead of another unit and was told by the Keurig rep that they couldn't do that because they had already replaced it. A replacement unit is shipped out again and installed on April 5. The first unit made it 59 days (Dec 25 -Feb 22) and the second unit made it 35 days (Feb 26 - April 2). I'm ready to start taking bets on how many days the third unit will last. I have absolutely ZERO confidence in the machine at this point. I spent almost $200 on a coffee maker that can't even dispense water more than a dozen times. On both units it sounds like the pump comes on (I hear a mechanical sound) but its unable to pump water through the machine. Keurig's tech support always has so many questions about the needle, the pod's puncture marks, the brand of pod (using Keurig branded pods, btw), and I've tried using pods but I still can't get it to dispense water either way. It seems like it was either poorly engineered with an undersized pump that can't hold up or a defective/cheap pump was used in the manufacturing process. These units need to be recalled, and customers should be refunded or credited to a new unit. This is definitely a stain on the image of Keurig's name and brand. The irony in all of this is my little Delonghi machine AND my 10+ year old Keurig are still working without issues and both cost about half of what this machine was.

Absolutely worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I own 2 diff Nespresso’s, 1 regular drip coffee machine and now this KEURIG K-brew. I was not a huge fan of k-cups and tasteless coffee until this machine came out on the market. I’ve even compared between this machine and my parent’s Keurig machine and taste of coffee is so different. With this coffee machine, the coffee taste better, stronger, and aroma fills the kitchen. For me coffee has to be hot and at perfect taste, or cold as should be. I have tested this machine with Starbucks Veranda k-pod and ice coffee came out so good. Coffee w this Keurig came out very cold w added cold foam, ice cubes, some syrup and cold half-half. Perfect and at home made. No need to waste money elsewhere. Even hot Coffee is hot at 173F which matters since I use cold half-half. Also, I have Nespresso frother that froths cold and froths as hot foam. Quiet, easy to use and highly recommend it. Worth it. Only downfall is no filter in the reservoir, but I use filtered fridge water. Also, when machine is working to chill or reach that chill level, the reservoir water can get little warmer. Therefore, the best is to use it fresh cold water before each use. It’s little confusing about Chill reservoir in the back and I was worried I would have to change it often and since isn’t removable I didn’t want any mold built up. I had to research about it, which I don’t see in the instructions, that doesn’t need to be changed in a very long time, yearly? So that’s good. I think this machine supersedes any other Keuirg machine.

Not compatible with reusable K-cups
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this and returned it. It’s not that it doesn’t work, however, there are some important notes that took me some digging to find. First is it is only capable of making one cold drink and any subsequent cold drink gets warmer and warmer. It also takes six hours to achieve the coldest possible drink. In their defense, it does say this in the instructions, but I think it should be more up front about it. The deal breaker for us though was it is incompatible with any reusable keurig coffee filter. This took A LOT of digging online to find out.

Best Keurig yet!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this Keurig. I have owned a few Keurigs in the past and this is by far the best one. The Iced coffee is rich tasting and not watered down. The front pitcher is better than the side water pots.

Disappointed
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I initially liked this Keurig because it brewed faster than the previous Keurig. Shortly after, every time I turned around someone wasn't working right on it. It was used at work for a group of around 10 employees. We couldn't enjoy it because something was always wrong with it.

Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Keurig K-Brew + Chill is a great choice for coffee lovers who enjoy both hot and iced drinks. With MultiStream and QuickChill technology, it brews rich coffee and cools it quickly for iced options. Sleek, fast, and convenient, it’s perfect for versatile brewing. Great for variety, but still needs ice for full chilling.

Great for Ice and Hot Coffee
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my daughter for her birthday but have been using it for myself as well. Works very well for both ice (my preference) and hot coffee. Side water compartment is nice for avoiding having to add water every time. Cleansing feature is nice but had to get used to dumping the residue waste. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase!

It’s just ok…
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The coffee maker is great when you use k-cups, it brews beautifully, hot or cold. I tried 3 different types of fill your own pod brands, including the Keurig one… I finally found the one that fit in the coffee maker, and I was so excited to brew my favorite coffee that doesn’t come in premade pods. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that not only did the cold feature not work, which I was warned about when I researched which pods to purchase. But it also burnt the coffee it brewed. I tried it a few different times thinking it may have just been a fluke however, every time the coffee came out burnt and hot, even when I put it on the iced feature.

Keurig Hot & Cold
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best purchase for me in a long time. This machine works great. It does both hot and cold coffee. I prefer iced coffee and this makes it just like the coffee places. It doesn't melt the ice either. This works perfectly for our family since it does both hot and cold.
