I love it easy to make coffee and te yo don’t need adapter

Absolutely perfect machine. Simple to operate yet so many options. Timed brewing of either pot or cup, simple filling, simpler cleaning. Easy to refill the water without having to use the pot to pour in water as it has a separate water tank (almost like a pitcher) can be switched to either side. Makes it easy to put the machine in the perfect spot in your kitchen.

Love love love the new design! I don't have a ton of real estate available in my kitchen, each square inch counts. This new design is sleek and efficent! Love how you can decide where the water reserve goes. Easy one touch flip to move water resivour. Can program a timer to brew and has a digital clock display. No need for external coffe filters as it has it's own filter. Just pick your grounds, fill, brew! Can select pot or individual cup size. Also has an option for stronger brew. Easy to use, nice design, doesn't take up a ton of space!

Overall works great, easy to use, great value, looks good.

I love this coffee maker, it is easy to use, I love that you can prepare an individual drink or also for more than one person and the metal jug keeps your coffee hot!

This is a great coffee maker! I replaced my old Keurig single cup unit and my old beloved Hamilton Beach Brew Station with the keurig K-Duo Plus. I don't miss either of the old coffee makers because the K-Duo Plus does everything the old units did. The single cup function on the K-Duo Plus produces a better tasting cup than the old 2.0 Keurig it replaced. It even makes a better full carafe than my old Hamilton Beach Brew Station! (I didn't think that was possible). The K-Duo Plus is easy to use and simple to clean. I'm loving it. GMayer

Lives up to my expectations. Have been using one Keurig coffeemaker or another for the last 10 years and this is the best one so far. Love the fact I can make a pot of drip coffee or an individual K Cup. Plenty of options for cup size and the strong button. Also can set up the timer to have your coffee ready in the morning. Really like the water reservoir which is just like a water pitcher. Easy to remove and fill then replace. No more spills! Love this coffee maker.

Love that it gives 2 options in one unit. Big plus for work days to autotime a pot to wake-up to. Saves space. Use to have 2 separate coffee machines. This is much easier to fill. My sister loved it when they were here for Thanksgiving... got her one for Christmas! She says she loves it!!

ease of use is really nice. The keurig ability is good and if you buy the adaptor you can use your own coffee as well. Pro's - ease of use, easy fill water container, nice basket for your own coffee in the carafe. Cons - no heater under the carafe.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. Easy to use. I make a pot of decaffeinated coffee in the morning and my husband makes himself a k-cup of regular coffee. The coffee pot will keep the coffee hot for hours.

This is a do it all; standard brew and k-cups. A lot of brands out there, but this is the machine you want if you plan to do k-cups too. It’s easy to use. The features are amazing. This is one of my best purchases.

We live our coffee and this Keurig makes it so easy for us to have a cup or a pot full of coffee. It takes such a short amount of time to brew and the coffee is perfect every time.

This is by far the best coffee pot I've had. So easy to use. I love the k cups for judt me but also you can make a 12 cup.

Great coffee maker amd easy to use. You can use any kind of coffee pods, use ground coffee and brew hot water.
