I've had a Keurig 2.0 for several years which I loved, with my only grievance being that it didn't like using third-party refillable K-cups. Regardless, it was a great machine... until it wasn't and died. Time for a new one. I found this one during Black Friday 2024 and despite not having a touchscreen, I was glad to find a replacement that appeared reasonably priced at approximately $70. After setting it up and using it for a few weeks, I'm glad that's all I paid (when compared to full price). Not having a touchscreen isn't such a terrible loss; after all, it really only offered usage statistics - which was a fun feature of my previous model. I am a bit disappointed with the smaller water reservoir, making about 2 less 10oz. cups before needing a refill. I'm also not a fan of having to turn it on and wait for it to "warm up" before using it; my previous model was always "at the ready". However, my main issue with this new model is how cheap it feels. If I had been looking for a new Keurig and had come across this at the full $150 price tag, I would have easily passed this up. Granted, it's a basic model, but it lacks any real "heft" that makes it feel like it will last longer than a year or two. Plus, it wobbles. I read a few reviews prior to purchasing this and other reviewers reported the same issue; I just didn't think it would be so noticeable. But it does make my coffee, so I'll give it that. And, unlike my previous machine, this model can use third-party reusable K-cups. So, if you're looking for a single-cup brewer, this will do the job; just be sure to grab it on sale.

Looks great, brews decent coffee... but we purchased the white machine for a sleek look in our very bright, white kitchen only to be disappointed by the splatter created with every single cup of coffee we make. It seems a lot less convenient when I’m left wiping down the machine after every use to not look like a slob. I should also add that the splatter created goes beyond just the machine to the surrounding countertop and walls.

The setup for the Keurig K-Select Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker was simple. It has one 3 foot power cord that is not detachable. There are several accessories included, like a water filter, that are optional to install. The key feature of this Keurig is that it has a button to brew a strong coffee. You can select from three pre-measured sizes and if you want to make any of those sizes stronger, you can by pressing a second button. I appreciated the option, but I tried two different coffees, one with the button pressed and one with the button depressed. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference, but that doesn’t mean that the Keurig doesn’t perform well. For this reason, I deduct one star. The performance of this Keurig is good for a quick coffee urge. I have several Keurigs around areas that I frequent, like my job and my home. This one functions just as efficiently as the others. The first time you turn it on, if heats the water up for 3 minutes. After that, choose between 6, 8 or 10 ounces, select your favorite K-Cup coffee pod, and brew to your liking. After the initial 3 minute pre-heat of the water reservoir (which can hold 52 oz. of water), making a cup of coffee takes about 1 minute. The Keurig K-Select meets my expectations. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles from other models available, like a clock display and a timer, but it does have an automatic shut off, in case you forget to turn it off after use. This is another reason I deducted a Star. The price for the Keurig in terms of value is comfortable. It’s on par with other machines with similar features (but lacking) features. I highly recommend this product for people who are just entering into the world of Keurig machines. It’s a good way to ease in and get used to making coffee with a brewer. This unit includes a 6 K-Pod starter cup. Best Buy sells a good selection of K-Cups and often, they are cheaper here per quantity compared to other stores. Pick this up and a variety box, then choose your favorite one.

The Keurig K-Select Single Server coffee maker comes with everything that you need to start brewing k cup coffee. Inside of the box you will find the machine itself, along with six sample K-cups and the water filtration tube. The included instructions will make it very easy for anyone to use this machine. I think the most time consuming task of setting the Keurig coffee maker is rinsing the filter, as this itself is a process. I was actually amazed to find out that these coffee makers use a water filter. It's a really nice feature that really gives you extra piece of mind. The Keurig singer serve coffee maker has multiple size coffee mug options. Just insert the K-cup, power on, and choose your size. You can also let the water pre-heat first. It brews really fast for folks that are always rushing like myself. One thing that I find difficult to do is get the right brew strength. I have tried to brew different brand k-cup coffees and have found that my coffee is not as strong as I would like it to be. This is a real downside for me. I have ordered a variety pack, and hope to be able to find the right one. Another downside that I found in this particular model is that, unlike other models, this Keurig does not have a display. It is just button. It also does not have a clock like most other coffee makers. I'm confident that I will find the right k-cup for me. I do like that the coffee comes out really hot, unlike my old coffee maker.

I needed a new Keurig, and this one is as close to the same as my older, now dead Keurig. This one was easy to set up, but the charcoal filter was new to me, but it was still cool to me. It makes a good, hot cup of coffee. BUT the water reservoir does not hold as much water as my last one did. It also started to make loud noises when it was brewing after only the second cup on the third day. Maybe I was too stuck on my older version and this one is also just as great....or maybe this one just doesn't quite measure up to that ideal for me.

For the cost, unit is very basic and doesn’t appear to be something that will last long. Had a Keurig 2.0 previously but that unit failed. Keurig customer contact and follow-up is very poor. May want to look at other brands. This unit does not hold a lot of water so you will be filling the water tank frequently.

Worked very well, until it didn't :( Stopped working after 16 months. I got a great sale price. However, being a Total tech member to replace the item, it cost me the same price I paid out of pocket $60, even though i had $60 credit for the defective one. I would recommend. Maybe next time I'll call the company directly for a replacement.

Decent, slim coffee brewer. I would say this is great if you have a small space and it holds a good amount of water. Coffee turns cold after about 5 min though....but started using an Ember to help with that. Otherwise not too bad. I had some issues with it leaking, it would not brew the coffee through the spout into the cup. Sometimes it would overflow out of the chamber where you put the pod in for some reason. Never got it fixed after contacting support so I just kind of put up with it when it happens.

I love a Kuerig. I have had three prior to this one. They have about a 5 year life…this one, spits excess coffee grounds in every third cup. Kind of disappointed, but stick with it for the “cup” at a time and I threw the box away and can’t return it.

Love the fact that the coffee comes out HOT, unlike my other non-Keurig coffee maker. The reason for the score is two-fold. First, the lid for the water dispenser loves to come off when you open the are for the K-cup. Second, this matching turned off several times before dispensing a full cup of coffee, wasting the pod. It was on the verge of getting returned and now it is working correctly again.

My unit died on Friday - a work day and my sister got the last cup of coffee it barely pushed out that morning. Needless to say, this was a crisis for me because I just could not bear the thought of going into the weekend without any coffee. I wanted to get a unit as close to the model I previously had which lasted more than 5 years and was quite sturdy (heavier). Best Buy had the newer model version available when other places I thought like Bed, Bath and Beyond and Walmart did not. In addition, it was on sale! I ordered it quickly online and picked it up later after finishing up with work - no delay. The unit is very much like my old one in terms of style and functionality; however, it is really lightweight and the motor sounds different. I don't think the quality is the same anymore and fear it may not last the distance, which remains to be seen. In the meantime, I am happy to enjoy my java and buy more flavored K-Cups! Thanks, BB
