Incredible aesthetics! Looks phenomenal. The power burners don't seem to be intended for everyday cooking; but they've been great for canning. We've only owned it for the summer, so the oven hasn't been used for roasting or heavy baking yet, but it's produced great results with the day-to-day items. The Wi-Fi connection (remote start) has been a useful feature on our way home from kids' games. We'll grab a take 'n bake pizza and the oven will be preheated when we get in the door. Two things prevent me from giving it a fifth star. The burners turn on top easy. I've bumped them while wiping the backsplash behind the range and a burner will fire up. It's not a very safe feature. We also wish it had a digital display on it... the Wi-Fi feature (and app) are nice, but shouldn't be the only way to track your baking/cooking.

We got lucky and was able to order and have this stove delivered inside of 1 week after having been trying to purchase this from another retailer since October. It's been an ordeal trying to get this stove. Now that we have it, we couldn't be happier. It looks great and has a ton of options. The Wifi didn't work as it should out of the box but after a fairly quick call to KitchenAid Connected, it was up and working as it should. We've only used it for 1 meal so far but we are looking forward to many years of use.

Upgraded from my 15 year old Maytag and I couldn't be happier. This by far has exceeded my expectations, everything cooks so much better and evenly. If you are debating buying this, just do it, you wont regret it!!

This stove is beautiful!! It really elevates our kitchen space and has become the focal point I was wanting!

Five stars to Best Buy's 14 day return policy. Unclear what to think of this range. Returned the first due to problems. The second was received today and is somewhat better. However, the right front burner lights slowly when not used for a while and spread gas fumes through the house. However, it does relight promptly. Oven spreads gas fumes when in a heating cycle Like the first one, the new KA preheated to about 425F and then cycled between about 270 to 350 degrees when set at 350. My old Fisher Paykel ranged +/- 20F over 300 to 475 degrees. When I raised the temperature to 400F, the preheat light came on and the temperature never got above 350F. I know the oven was capable of reaching higher temperatures because it did so during preheat. I don't think it is our gas supply since the first KA range reached over 500F during preheat. At this point, I called KA to see if they might have a suggestion, such as a magical WIFI only setting might have been set at the factory (ie. the mysterious Sabboth mode?) The best that KA could do was to refer the matter to the local service company. May have to return this since the appointment is past the 14 day window. I retested again this evening after the oven cooled down. Set the oven at 450. At the center of the oven, the temperature peaked during the initial preheat at 429. Never came off preheat and was unable to hold 350F. Shut down the test when the temperature fell below 320F. Given I smelled gas, I assume that the oven was at least trying to relight despite the falling temperature. After first-hour at 350, I washed the oven with clear water before attempting tests at higher temperatures. After 3 to 4 hours of burning, the oven is now giving off a chemical odor instead of the usual new oven burn-in smell. The case fan blows 120F air out of the front at the chef. Our previous Fisher-Paykel (DCS version) piped that air out the back where it was moved out of the kitchen by the hood. Hoping that either the local service company or Geeksquad has a quick fix for the problem otherwise we will have to send it back. Other than these problems, I like the range. Wok burner is great. Pots sit solidly on the range and two of the grates are well designed for small pots.

We initially had a really awful experience simply with the Best Buy Appliance Expert Installation team who caused us to have a gas leak upon delivery and install, and then took almost a week before they came back out to fix it. Thankfully our gas company was able to come out immediately to turn off the gas but we were then left without a stove or oven for several days. The appliance itself though is great and does the job. Sometimes it looses internet connection and will reconnect on its own randomly which signals a chiming noise, which at first was startling as we were getting to know the new range (we kept thinking we left the oven on or something), but now it’s fine. The stovetop is a little challenging to clean, as cleaning products don’t wipe up super easily, and rather dry very quickly onto the stovetop leaving it messier than before. Still figuring out the solution to that. But overall, we happy with the purchase.

This seems to be a really nice stove so far. My only concern at this point is that the racks in the oven don't move smoothly, they seem to stick a bit. This can potentially be a problem when they have a heavy item on them or something with liquid in the pan/dish.

Has been a nightmare stove top did not work and service people were not able to get part. Best Buy Manager tried very hard to find us a new one to exchange there has not been one to be found have been with out a stove in our new remodeled kitchen since early October it is New Years Day and still no answers Very disappointed in Kitchen Aid not being able to help on a 5k purchase.

Do not buy, unless you also purchase the maximum warranty. The imbedded software malfunctions around 2years and you will have to replace the parts, otherwise the oven will not work. Expect to pay over $500. To make matters worse, when raising this with KitchenAid, they will only offer you a discount to buy another new item. Talk about sucking you into a never ending spiral. For background, we recently remodeled our kitchen, spending close to $20k on only fitting Kitchen Aid appliances, and wow is that now turning out to be a big mistake. Not the type of quality you would expect, but now owned under Whirlpool. I will highly suggest to look elsewhere if you are passionate about good quality and reliable appliances in your Kitchen. Extremely disappointed.

This is a big, substantial range with an attractive commercial look. It’s very impressive and works great. The app is easy to use. We also got excellent service from Best Buy.

We have purchased this Kitchenaid set before. The look and quality of this range is outstanding for the affordable price.

Works as expected, but this doesn't go on an island as it doesn't have a trim to cover the back and sides. Giving 4 stars as it doesn't clearly mention that this range doesn't go an island.

Excellent quality, great looking appliance. Cooks much better than our previous Blue Star oven that was more expensive.

Beautiful stove and a large oven. It fits my large pans.

Honestly, I had a Thermador prior to this Kitchen Aide which was the best, but along with that came a higher cost. I wanted to try to keep some of the perks of a professional oven without the high cost, and this Kitchen Aide does it. It may not be exactly like my Thermador, but it is a great replacement for me. I really love the stove.
