    This chair was certainly an upgrade from my previous chair. This instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. This chair is rather stiff which I needed for lower back support. I am probably going to replace the wheels as the current ones do not roll as smooth. Otherwise I enjoy my purchase.

    Beautiful, comfortable, good leather finish... But two days after using the chair I found three screws on the floor... they were coming from the base that was already built when I received the chair. Inspecting the base I noted that the screws cannot hold because there were holes in the wood. So I filled the holes with tooth-picks and glue and it made the case! It was very disappointing to receive a chair like that from an excellent brand name like La-Z Boy.

    Chair has a forward lean to it. not at all worth the 450 bucks i spent on it.
