One of the nicest laptops I’ve ever owned.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop rather than the 7i because of this review from notebookcheck.net: If you don't think you'll need Thunderbolt at all, however, then the Lenovo becomes a harder sell. The older Yoga C740 is cheaper while offering essentially the same chassis and keyboard and only slightly slower system performance. The Iris Xe in our Core i5-powered Yoga 7i 14 performs worse than expected relative to other Iris Xe systems we've tested thus far. The system is also a bit heavy for tablet mode and so users interested in this feature may want to consider the thinner and lighter Yoga 9i or Yoga C940 series instead. This laptop ticks all the boxes for me. I was extremely lucky because I saved several hundred dollars buying it refurbished. They send it in a plain brown box, only laptop and cord. It was worth it. One of the nicest laptops I’ve ever owned.

Not completely refurbished before I bought it
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Yoga I bought from Best Buy was glitchy and awful. I ended up buying one directly from Lenovo that worked much better for a better price. The computer itself has everything I wanted, but it sometimes overloads or something and the screen goes weird on the bottom half. This problem was especially common when I was using the computer to Zoom all day every day in 2021. The error is typically fixed by putting the computer into sleep mode and then waking it back up. Overall, I think it does a great job of performing like a cell phone, which was the aim for this model. It wakes up quickly and is instantly usable. Tablet mode is okay- I don't use it as much as I would like to, especially because the computer gets upset when you go back and forth between modes, forgetting how to use the keyboard occasionally when you revert to laptop mode from tablet mode. Overall a solid purchase, just not the refurbished model I bought.

Poorly "Refurbished"
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Clearly sent back by original owner for a reason. I'm watching the battery bar tick down as I write this review. Might not make it to the end. Computer is well powered but Best Buy does not seem to have vetted the unit before pushing it on the next customer...

Great product
