So far, i am satisfied with the product. The capabilities of this computer is extraordinary, especially for the price, and ease of setting up and start-up.

Using this machine primarily for office work and virtual meetings. Definitely does the job without any problems. Great value for the money. The camera left a bit to be desired for my purposes, but an external camera is just fine to add.

My parents needed a new computer and wanted no fuss... this totally fit the bill. Really thin, small footprint, and a quality feel to it. As a bonus? I assumed there was no CD/DVD drive as is common in these sorts of units and was super surprised to find one. It's a little weird/tight fit to get a disc in, but it's there and saves having an external drive hanging around for sure.

Works well! It's really big I use it more than my actual T.V. to watch stuff. I recommend it because it has great features like the split desktops which I use for my classes to better separate! Plus with the thin stand, it saves space.

So I bought two of these…the first one had the Lenovo issue that I wasn’t aware of No operating system found on initial startup. Somehow I was able to register it and thought it was working fine and it was a glitch, it did some upgrades and than bam, down again. Didn’t have the patience anymore. Supposedly this happens with Lenovo so be aware. I exchanged it for another Lenovo (same mode) and the other two were fine. I like these systems overall due to size, form and function and price point. My managers use them primarily for email of office stuff so don’t need crazy

She was tired of using a laptop and wanted me to find her an adorable desktop for light office work, and this is what I found her. I set it up for her, updated it to Windows 11, and got everything migrated over. She loves it! For the price it’s plenty fast for office work, browsing, YouTube, etc. It’s also very stylish and the screen is a pleasant surprise. Very nice!

Overall this is a great computer and a great value for the price. I bought one for my office. The screen size is great. The only thing I did not like about this computer is that the USB input is located on the back of the computer, not on the side which makes it harder to access it.

Happy with the performance, clear screen and easy to use.

My son absolutely loves his new computer. Sits perfect on his desk, doesn't wobble or tilt which I was concerned about. The screen is huge compared to his laptop. No more being laggy (as my son would say) when signing onto his favorite games. Definitely a good choice, thanks Santa!

Purchased as the Zoom computer for Zoom meetings in the main room of a church. Fast boot, easy to use. Wireless keyboard and mouse allowed putting computer in a wall cabinet. Enough ports for the camera, HDMI for monitor, etc. Good value.

well worth the money maybe small but it does a lot of different things

So far, this is a very user friendly machine. I am very impressed with it. I have had Dell followed by HP for over 20 years and I stepped outside my comfort zone to get this one as it was available. Pleasantly surprised by its speed and ease of use.

Outstanding product in all respects: fast (SSD), perfect size for my desk, clear/detailed graphics. Didn't originally select this product, but the sales associate questioned its intended use, how many others might access it and for what purpose, and she recommended this model - and I'm glad she did. Another reason why I value Best buy, the products they sell, and the knowledge and expertise of the sales staff. Will never return to prior hard drive technology; SSD are the best.

Just perfect for my home office PC! This is the perfect size for my desk. The set up was extremely easy, very user-friendly. Very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend this PC.

The computer is excellent , very fast even if it is completely off it loads fast. Doesn’t feel cheap like some systems either and great graphics. The manufacturer did short their warranty , I got it then put it all up and turned it on two weeks later and the warranty popped up with 7 months of the only 1 year manufactures warranty remaining.
