It's a great computer for school however, I find it super annoying that they do not tell you specifically what accessories are compatible with each PC. I'm trying to find a stylus because even though I paid 500$ for this thing, I did not get one and now finding it insanely hard to buy one that works. There are so many different pens but only two that can "maybe" work but I'm not spending 50+$ on something that "might" work. The lenovo website itself is very difficult to navigate and takes hours to find what you actually want. Secondly, the camera on this is not good at all- it is so grainy and has some dark tint to it that not even an alternative light can fix. One last piece of advice to Lenovo/Microsoft- make your own protective cases/screens so that people don't have to spend hours on amazon for something. Overall, this is a very mediocre PC, but it works for basic needs.

Worst computer I have ever bought. Camera is completely non functioning, and Best Buy does not, in my opinion, stand behind it.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the built in webcam on your Lenovo Flex 5i 15, model number 82HT00CQUS. Be sure the Privacy Shutter is completely open before trying to use the webcam or the webcam will not operate. There is a small slider, directly above the webcam lens. Move the tab to the right to open the Privacy Shutter. There is a red dot over the webcam lens that will disappear when the Privacy Shutter is fully open. This will indicate that the webcam is really to use. You can close the Privacy Shutter when you are done with the webcam for your security, by sliding the tab to the left to close the Privacy Shutter. The Red Dot will appear over the webcam lens when the Privacy Shutter is closed. If the issue continues, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 Lenovo
