    I bought this laptop as a new device, but it’s not

    I bought this laptop as a new device but when I go to the system file, I saw old files and when I go to the battery information, it’s already two months active before I pay this device. When I go to the Best Buy to ask about this the supervisor Jack, he told me you need contact lenovo!! Date of purchase 9/27/2024

    Has a driver issue with the rgb keyboard and being able to control it I returned mine in favor of another laptop Lenovo support has no fix for it and it’s been a known issue for 3 years with no fix or no ability to use a third party program other than that issue it was a fine computer for the two, three weeks I had it ran a little warmer on some games but nothing abnormal

    Bloatware is absurd

    Powerful laptop and would probably run well if they didn't load it up with an absurd amount of bloatware. I actually can't even uninstall some of the bloat like Tobi eye tracker. I can uninstall the app, but processes from it still run in the background. It also has an absurd amount of Lenovo apps that provide no use whatsoever. Like a Lenovo avatar. Why would I want to create a Lenovo avatar? Only the CEO of Lenovo knows, and I guess I just fail to understand his genius. Also, there is a Lenovo notify me process I have to close in task manager because it didn't uninstall with the notify me app. I guess I am no longer going to know about their life changing deals. :( Also, it has McAfee because viruses are scary, and they needed to add some extra useless apps. The only somewhat useful app is Lenovo vantage as that allows you to control stuff like lighting and power usage, but even that had extra useless "features" that eat up computer resources. There is so much more bloatware I can't even remember all of them. After trying to delete them and even restoring widows once there are still processes from the uninstalled apps running in the background. At this point I just need to reinstall windows from a flash drive and download a debloated version of Vantage I saw someone made. Hardware is good though. The 4070 can play most games, and the 32 gb DDR5 ram is awesome, but it is all held back by the bloatware. The ram at points was over 30% usage while idle. I think when I reinstall Windows, I will be very happy with my purchase, but I just can't recommend this laptop considering I shouldn't even have to reinstall Windows in the first place.

    BEST BUY STOLE MY MONEY

    Returned this laptop because it wouldn't turn on. Best Buy claims I returned a different laptop than the one I bought...not sure where I'd get a second laptop, but OK. If you're rejecting my return - for whatever reason - then send me back exactly what I sent you. Or issue the refund! You don't get to keep the money I paid for the laptop AND keep the laptop!!! BEST BUY ARE CRIMINALS.

    Constant crashes and blue screen —disappointing

    I had high hopes for the Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, but it was a huge letdown. Within the first few days, I experienced multiple blue screen errors (BSOD) during basic use. No matter what I tried — updates, drivers, resets — the problem kept coming back. For a machine in this price range, this level of instability is unacceptable. I had to return it. Not recommended.

    Bought this model to replace a Lenovo IdeaPad that was rendered useless by the now infamous USB-C charging issue. Spent a day cloning the IdeaPad to this machine only to discover the new laptop only had 1TB as opposed to the 2TB as advertised. Returned and refunded. Don’t know who is to blame here, but I am avoiding both Lenovo and Best Buy in the future.

    I’m only 10 days out of the return limit and they won’t let me. I HAVEN’T EVEN AET IT UP YET IT’S BRAND NEW. Terrible service.

    tried to buy one straight from lenovo during blackfriday due to it being the same price but having the better screen of a 240hz a week later i get told my order was cancled for no reason went to support and it took hours for them to just say no we cant help you and that they couldnt reinstate my order. Dont buy it if anything goes wrong Lenovo's customer support sucks.

    Bad Design

    Bought laptop at a great discount, however kept crashing and not being able to boot windows. Turns out that these can have damaged hard drives causing boot failure. Do not recommend
