    Product arrived defective. Customer support offered a replacement and shipped it. Two days later apparently it was cancelled due to what customer support is now calling a "system glitch" and no one even bothered to email me. Now customer support is saying they can't ship me a replacement because it would be my "second replacement" even though they cancelled the first replacement before it ever even shipped. Save yourself some trouble and shop somewhere other than best buy, I know I will be from now on.

    worse computer i ever run should be way faster but not game freezes and found out it was the HHD worse name brand they put in western digital .. DO NOT BUY THIS PUTER I WASETED 1599.99 WHEN IT WAS ON SALE...
